America is lovely, but one has to take everything in moderation. so strictly on a seafood diet. eating in moderation enjoying the lovely somer sunshine here in Atlanta, very dark south city.....sic! I am enjoying the window shopping.....buying nothing,....so difficult! but doing well. .... Nothing new in the shops - same ole crap and junk. but still looking and enjoying all the fat people passing bye. Gosh! Americans love food!
and sorry, they are Obese.....enjoy the ride....

Blogg-2 US of A visit
Hola!
Time has really moved so fast since Monday and Tuesday, in Atlanda.
Can you believe it , it too a whole day to travel from Atlanta to Baltimore (the same distance from Johannesburg to Cape Town (South Africa)
Got up early, took shuttle from hotel to airport at 8 am. got to the airport at 9 am. checked into business class
got through all the security checks by 10 am, had a lovely Star Bucks coffee (set me back $3) but enjoyed it nevertheless.
went to boarding gate at 10:30 am, plane took off at 11 am.
two hour flying time to Baltimore. landed, and then walk for miles to baggage collection. collected baggae at 14h00.
then took another shuttle to Hilton Hotel in Baltimore. that took 1 hour. got to the hotel finally at 15:30, as I walked into my room, just to settle down, guess what, Big Joe called, Well, he invited me for supper at Timbuktu, the famous crab house, to have broiled crab cakes and fries with him.
So now that was arranged for 6 pm, as you know I want to shop, shop shop, and there is a great big mall next to the hotel
so off I troddled to the mall, to browse etc etc.
got back to the hotel and called a cab. The cab cost $50 to the resturant, and Joe was there already, he was looking pretty happy, after downing about 3 martinis. so we chatted drank and ate, crab cakes, the best in the world, and the largest portion you could ever find.
Back to the hotel at 9pm and then Robert calls, to finalise the appointment for Thursday. and off I doze watching CNN and the olympics......and that was Wednesday, 13 August 2008.
Friday is an easy day, another meeting with a supplier for a business lunch and then to relax and catch up with corresspondence.
