I was wondering how you explained the sudden shift going full head of hair to male pattern bald?

You'd be surprised how little explaining there is to do. No one seems to want to call out a baldy, and it doesn't really matter how dramatic the shift is. If anyone did ask, it never stayed as a topic of conversation for long, so it's pretty easy to stay nonchalant about balding. It is what it is. If people sense that you're comfortable with hairloss, they are too.
