Well I actually decided to watch Fabulous Beasts since I have the time. At least, the first four episodes of it.

And yeah, it’s really cute and I wasn’t expecting the animation to be as fluid as it is so that’s neat, and the show is very good overall from what I’ve seen so far. Although, I only watched like four episodes so I don’t have a true opinion on it yet, also they’re like really short so far which kinda surprised me. They’re like usually around 6-7 minutes, which is a nice change of pace but wow do they fly.

Will probably have to watch more so I can actually form an actual opinion, but it’s very neat and cute so far.

Basically saying I starting watching it and will most likely continue to watch it

Despite everything, I guess I should just keep going forward until something happens or comes about something

It’ll never leave me anyways, but I might as well just keep going.

I just don’t know what to think. I’m far from a pure or perfect man, but I don’t know how much to trust my own mind. I keep thinking about my own sins and mistakes, was just not in the right mindspace at some point and deleted things I probably shouldn’t have, and I don’t know how many of the things my mind keeps accusing me of even happened at all. I’m just so scared and I keep hating myself for things, and I don’t know whether they be justified self-hatred or not. All because of a combination of weird or rude things I’ve may have said, made, did, or just posted, and just seeing all the news and what not of so many people both old and new on many platforms being reveled to be the worst people imaginable. I’m scared of become no better than them or being around long enough to become these monsters I fear and despise, along side just feeling like a massive hypocrite for so many things… And more importantly, I’m just afraid of having hurt someone in some major damaging way. How I feel about myself is outweighed by the fears of having hurt someone deeply or in a potentially dark way.

I just don’t know what to do… I know I’m not a perfect man and made some sins or terrible decisions in the past, but I don’t even know what’s true and what’s just my mind being cruel to me with false information…

I just don’t know… I don’t want to be a potential monster, but because of the fear, I want to be better

Just a throwback to this thing I posted cuz I was reminded of this recently.

In retrospect, it is kinda funny how 1999 decided to make itself stand out amongst the other updates outside its turn of the century style. Probably gonna have a “keep reading” break here since I feel like I might make the post longer than it should, at least on mobile, and just to keep it metaphorically short, but the thought does connect to an aspect of the KIM system.

Cuz like, the updates usually have some feature or aspect about them that makes them distinct. For example, the decision to make Duviri one big Rogue-Lite mode in Warframe. And with 1999, we got a lot of stuff like the Atomicycle letting us have a motorcycle in this sci-fi game, a new 20th Century Y2K direction for the artstyle that stands out while still finding a way to still fit in with Warframe, and a bunch of new faces that give many Warframes a human face.

But they also decided to ask the question of:

“Would you kiss this man?”

Said that with total seriousness, and people ate that up. Like, really ate it up.

Yeah, you can do it with the other initial Hex member pre-Techrot Encore, I’m just using Arthur as the example cuz he’s the first one we know about.

Given the reactions people had and the tons of fanfiction of different flavors (and that includes the spicy ones) there are, it clearly worked.

So yeah, that’s fun. I’m not really focused on dating any of them, but the option is always there and available. And yeah it’s not meant to make fun of people, just something to have a chuckle about when comparing 1999 to other updates in what they offer.

Oh right, forgot I posted this.

Still very much stand on the thoughts I made.

Though for a little extra bit not mentioned in the initial post, nothing wrong with the Adversary melees that are just new weapons, but it would be neat to see preexisting melees get the treatment as well as feeling like these weapons deserve it.

With the Technocyte Coda actually giving preexisting Infested melees the Adversary Weapon treatment, it makes me wonder if the team will at some point in the future go back and do the same with the Grineer and Corpus melees.

Cuz like, options have always been there for Adversary melees yet never really gave ‘em that treatment, and we’re only now seeing it with the Coda Infested melees.

A guy can dream.

Okay right, it must’ve been a long while since I dived into Albrecht’s Labs because I completely forgot that you can actually hear the heartbeat of the big ol’ constructs found there. So yeah, that was something.

Addendum, but hell, even the plants in the form of orbiter decorations would’ve been nice

It is neat that the newest update did give us new stuff themed after stuff from Höllvania to decorate our Dojos with, but I’m a little saddened we can’t place down plants from said area in our Dojos. We have the planters but not the plants to match and I just think it would be neat. Maybe a few extra 1999-themed Dojo colors cuz the color variety and what options there are for each color isn’t exactly the greatest, maybe a room too but that’s wishful thinking, I’m mostly just a little saddened no new plants from the era, but I’ll live.

I just felt like rambling a bit is all.
