I feel like if BB does have a comeback in the works (and not just solo/unit stuff) then they would probably use songs that have been recorded before. Flower Road proved that they record songs well in advance, and it's possible they might have prepared something for when they got out though they might wait to release anything until Seungri's case is completely over
