Welcome to my fitness journey! My name is Joa, I’m 29 years old, Puerto Rican currently living in NYC. I’m married with children. I’m a Beachbody Coach. I have lost 60 pounds prior my pregnancy. W/ this last pregnancy I gained 32 lbs and I lost 15 so far. trying to reach my fitness goal as I did in the passed. I’m a working progress and cant wait to see results. I’m obsessed with the keto diet I think is great! I fell in love of taking care of my body, mind and spirit. Besides working out at home doing my Beachbody workout programs I also like going to the gym and get some dead lifting done. I recently started practicing yoga and meditation as well! 🧘🏻♀️

I’m not normally someone who eats a lot of salad (gimme a giant bowl of warming roast veggies any day!) but the last week or so I’ve eaten a salad nearly every day! I’ve just been craving fresh crunchy greens, and salads are just so versatile and easy to whip up. This has been my go-to combo: cos lettuce, cucumber, coriander, red onion, avo, crispy tempeh and @peaceloveandvegetables kim chi with a tamari tahini dressing 🌿
