So this is my current weight right now. Currently I'm around 64kg (18 yo) and my height is around 160cm. I used to be around 49kg (16 yo) before I start college and I want to regain that. Even way before that, (around 13 yo) I used to be about 70kg, and I manage to lose some of that when I enter High School. I'm down to 60kg. But then because I feel so pressured to be more thinner I decide to do some diet : I dont eat breakfast because I simply don't have any time. So I skipped it. Around 10.00 am, I have my break from class so I eat the salad that I packed from home. It consist of lettuce, carrot, sweet corn and tuna. I still use mayo as the dressing so its pretty good. I eat again when I come home wich is around 4.30 pm or 5.00 pm. I try my best not to eat after 6 pm. Usually after I eat I will watch for about 3p minutes and then I exercise. I walk fast at the treadmill for 1 hour (usually the incline is 5 and the speed also 5) Then I do about 100 sit ups & 100 push ups If I'm not too tired usually I do jump ropes too around 1000x Sometimes I don't do the treadmill either. I do the meal plan for about 1 month the second month I only do the exercise. Im down to 49 kg at that time. But when I enter college .. well .. I kind of get all the weight back so ... lets hope I can do this
