I’ve seen some people speculating that Molly’s reaction shot to Moriarty’s return might be the result of him actually being in the room with her at Bart’s hospital. Personally I hope that’s the case because if Moriarty ever tried to threaten or kidnap Molly on her own turf, I guarantee she would take him down.

With a job like hers, Molly’s got to be super strong. Wielding rib cutters? Transporting dead bodies? Using heavy equipment and moving trays of limbs and organs? All that takes a ton of upper body strength. Molly’s probably built as hell under her lab coat. And then consider her expertise. Girl’s got a deadly precise knowledge of human anatomy that makes Sherlock jealous and has processed more murder victims than you can count. Her appearance in Sherlock’s mind palace also tells us that she knows how to survive life-threatening injures and could probably fight off shock and exercise pain control if she had to. She knows the human body’s every weak point as well as its every strength. Not to mention she’s handy with a scalpel.

Give her the home field advantage in Bart’s, where she’s got access to all the deadly tools she uses every day, and make her fight for her life and Moriarty’s got no chance. Molly would tear him apart.
