I must say that John really enraged me this last ep, like who the hell do you think you are? Going to Caleb like that...

Literally, everytime he’s on-screen I feel like throwing something at the TV (credit to Oliver), he’s has audacity I’ll give him that. Caleb did absolutely NOTHING to him to be blackmailed like that and Robert is just trying to start fresh, in fact, Robert hasn’t even actually spoken to Aaron since he barged into the house like 💀 threatened much??

Hmm….I’ve been thinking that he’ll take John’s word too. The spoilers say that Robert gets rejected by Aaron and I think part of the conversation is Aaron thinking Robert did it deliberately. I wanna assume that it’s because John would have said something to get into his head, if so I need a scene before that to explain it. Only Vic knows Roberts struggling like this and I doubt Robert will tell Aaron what really happened with Vic. I don’t know, I just know it won’t be that simple and people need to be prepared that Aaron will think he hit her on purpose…..

His character development is something so special to me, Aaron really changed him.

I think Robert would have left Aaron alone if he was with anyone else, it’s the fact this man who claims to be his brother has essecially taken over since he’s been away. Replaced him as a brother to his sister and uncle to his niece and nephew and a husband to his ex-husband.

No but I can’t imagine what is was like for him to be targetted constantly in prison every single day for the last six year and to the point he genuinely thought he was going to die whilst also thinking this was going to happen for the rest of his life since it was a life sentance 💔😭

Yeah, I do get it but they’re still siblings at tje end of the day and Robert DOES love them both. They wouldn’t have ended on good terms if there wasn’t love between them.

i’d honestly be surprised if rob getting targeted in prison wasn’t due to his sexuality - i guess it could also be due to him never having been inside before but the homophobia angle feels more plausible as a storyline to me (also it’s been years so i may be misremembering but wasn’t aaron worried about robert holding his hand in the visiting room back when he first was arrested for this very reason?)

i will also say this does make me worry more about there being an SA element to his trauma as i feel like it’s a pretty short walk to that from robert being targeted in prison for being attracted to men, especially since in real life lgbt people are at much greater risk of being the victims of sexual violence in prison. but i guess we’ll just have to see where that goes

Robert had a bunch of photos on his prison wall, one of them was a picture of him, Aaron and Seb at their wedding! Two other photos were just Aaron and Seb. It won’t take a genius to figure out who they are to him. Also, a lot of people are ignorant to bisexuality and will probably automatically assume he’s ‘just gay’. He doesn’t seem exactly quiet about it either, he literally told a prison guard he was married to a man. Not to mention he was talking to Aaron about still loving him literally right there with a bunch of prisoners around him.

I could definitely see him being open about it or even accidently say something in the moment with his smart-alic mouth.
