Here’s my undying rant for those people who keep on mocking IZONE for being an untalented visual group. I suppose they didn’t even watch the entire episode and just blabber out of nowhere with zero basis of their useless complaints. I wouldn’t deny how disappointed I was in the first episodes when some of my picks didn’t make the cut. However, now that the final 12 have been formed, we gotta look at a bigger picture and seek for their individual skills that could be a great addition to the group’s overall potential. And as I go through that phase, I’ve realized how powerful these members have always been throughout the show (if you’ve watched pd48 you’d know that every groups where Sakura, Eunbi, Yujin, Chaeyeon and Yena and maybe Wonyoung and Minju were had always been a big threat to other trainees that’s why they’re always called as the Avengers).

IZONE is like a full package monster group and a triple threat to any groups especially the 2018 rookies. It’s inevitable to have a member who isn’t as great as the other members since it’s a survival show and it’s based on the audiences’ taste and preference. However, if we will wait and see how these members grow as an individual and an IZONE member, I know the time I’ll spend stanning this group will be worthy since they are always full of surprises.

The painful truth here is their amazing talents are getting overshadowed by their own beautiful faces. Due to their overwhelming visuals, it’s the only thing that people could talk about. They have completely forgotten the amount of talent this group has to offer. They can easily cancel an entire group just because they hate one or two members. It’s actually a good thing in my opinion so the fandom can be less toxic because of those toxic fans.

Now this is the most exciting part when a rookie finally debuted and people swarm them with hatred and insecurity. Groups such as Gfriend, G-idle, Girls’ Generation, Twice and Blackpink had been bombarded with curses and negativity when they first had their debut. But look at them now, people have been returning and repenting for theirs sins because they realized how good their songs are as well as their indisputable talents.

Since I am certain IZONE is going to release a good song (which is what they’ve been doing since the beginning of the pd48; nekkoya, concept eval and debut eval songs), I am more than prepared to sit back and relax and watch how those mad people crawl their asses back to support the group and download their songs.

I am just gonna leave this shit here to shut them all up:

“Just because your faves aren’t as good looking as IZONE, doesn’t mean they’re less talented than your faves. Stop being salty before you regret it. Stupid people.”

Imagine G-idle members as real students:

SOOJIN: The hot and sophisticated one—the campus’ Queen B. Some girls from other classes want to befriend her but she only stays with the people she trusts. People often misinterpret her resting bitch face and think of her as a cold-hearted princess.

MIYEON: The Class President and Campus Topnotcher. This demure and classy lass is a daughter of a wealthy businessman who also happens to be the co-founder of the school as well. Because of her clean school records and perfect image, envious girls will do everything just to ruin her good reputation. Little did they know, Miyeon has always been introverted and timid. She doesn’t want the spotlight and she’s being drowned by her own insecurities.

YUQI: The fun and outgoing girl. She’s an average student and she always goes with the flow. She doesn’t like rescanning her notes even the night before the exam because she knows everything happens for a reason. Her philosophy in life is a little complicated for faint hearts. She’s known for being One of the Boys. She got G-idle by her side but she’s closer with her guy bestfriends because they all grew up together. However, one of them has developed an unrequited love towards Yuqi. Since he doesn’t want to break their strong bond just because of one petty feeling, he never told her and he doesn’t have any plans on telling her.

SHUHUA: The Beautiful Catastrophe. Shuhua has always been a mystery they wouldn’t want to unravel. She is an enigma and she will never show them her true colors. Despite of that, she’s always been adored by female juniors and praised by male seniors for her breathtaking visuals. On top of that, she also got straight A’s in class cards which leaves her classmates in awe because they never saw Shuhua being active in class.

MINNIE: The Talented Artist. She tends to join every single art contests in their campus and is very competitive not for the trophies and awards but for the recognition of her masterpieces. She’s an advocate for the freedom of speech of young teenagers and she wants to fight through her works of art.

SOYEON: The Genius Delinquent. She excels in almost every field but doesn’t like showing off her real iq so she always pretends like she doesn’t know anything and even failed one of her exams. She wants people to remember her as the notorious female student in her campus so she could have the fixed image of being a tough, dauntless young lady that scares people off. Along with her hidden talents and brilliance, she got an indisputable talent in writing and composing songs.
