how do you rip things now?
I use a mix of magic wanding big blocks of color, and when that doesn't work I manually cut it out by using the eraser tool or the box/lasso select tool and delete things.
#not a rip#it's not too hard to do but I have gotten good enough at it that it doesn't take too long to make one rip

Let it be known: although I've put this blog on the backburner, I'm still been at the homestuck mines.
#not a rip#sorry. I'm in my final year of schooling and I've been focusing more on that than this blog. I do have plans of ripping hs2#BUT. In the meantime. I am writing a homestuck essay due come december for my comic class that I can hopefully adapt into a mspfa.#So do keep an eye out for that if I can assemble it in time.

IF YOU'RE SEEING THIS POST, THIS MEANS I HAVE FINISHED MY REREAD OF HOMESTUCK
Throughout this blog, in order to gather rips for it I was going through MSPaintAdentures and ripping panels as I marched along. Today (June 22nd, 2024 as of this post, I'm unsure when this post will go up) I have ripped the last thing I wanted to rip from the comic. You might be asking "Is this the end of mspaintripventures?!", and no! There's still Homestuck: Beyond Canon (that I have yet to touch), I potentially might branch out to mspfas (with the creators permission, of course). I never intended for me to retire this blog when I finished Homestuck, just move onto other homestuck-adjacent pastures. It's been 2 and a half years, I'm not going anytime soon! Please continue to ask me for specific rips, I'll still gladly do them!
Whenever this goes live, I will be hosting a small q and a for the blog just to celebrate the achievement of "finishing homestuck". Come in with a question, I'll answer it, tagging it as q and a.
