This character (Goat, from MTV’s Downtown) is based on a real person that actually voiced him in the show. He shows up in MegasXLR and his likeness is then voiced by James Hetfield (from Metallica) on Metalocalypse. See the resemblance to Jacob? Is like he jumps dimensions, visibly aging in each incarnation! It’s my headcanon. Take a look at this blog! There is loads of information on how Chris P. works at Titmouse and his artwork is HELLA RAD. Granted it’s an old blog, so don’t be surprised if a lot of it’s content is gone.
