shoutout people who feel too plural for singlets and too singlet for plurals. it can suck to be out of place, i get it.

shoutout people who use "personalities", "emotions", "identities", "parts", or similar, i do this too. none of us are really sentient enough to use anything else.

shoutout systems and such who are too blurry to tell who they are. this is what we are like. we almost never have a sense of identity, and even when we do, it's extremely vague. we can't notice switches and we don't feel any different from anyone else.

we’ve thought about using screenreaders to help with reading long text since it’s sometimes easier to hear it read aloud! can’t help but feel like we’re taking advantage of something though

is it ableist to use accessibility tools (crutches, deaf settings etc) when I'm not disabled? I'm not disabled but I use accessibility tools, mostly for colourblind people, I'm not colourblind though, it just helps me read easier when colours lump together

It's not ableist if it helps you out in some way, that's the entire point of accessibility tools anon!

oh damn i thought i was alone in that !! my hands get so cold sometimes i can’t even type :((

i love the cold so much, but a negative to the cold is that 1. this country doesn't have anything for the cold 2. sometimes it gets cold enough to where my hands are bugged and dont wanna work, along with most of my body, but my hands are the worst cause im trying to type but its so hard to get my nerves to work

Reminder that not all plural experiences will be "We're super differenciated and I have all these different people who I can easily communicate with!" or "We have a horrible experience full of three unreal parts who are all basically the same person", or anything, controversial but you don't even have to be plural to be plural lmao. i personally identify with the idea that my brain itself is split into multiple questionable portions that push ideas towards me. This is different from how I see regular plurals. Imagine that a regular plural has a bunch of different blobs bubbling inside their brain, for me it's more like the brain ITSELF is separated into different parts, of which I cannot actually identify properly. Plurality is a fascinating thing, remember that there will always be super different experiences <33

I made a chart of how our system works!

The shape, size, and colour, can all affect how we work. I am represented as grey (due to my lack of an identity), but I am still at 100% opacity and I am larger in size, showing me as a more existing and prominent part. Aubrey is sort of like a second place, she's got colour but she's smaller and is at about 30% opacity. Finally, you have the in and out fragments, who have all sorts of bright colours, but are small and on 10% opacity, these guys typically never appear again (though on super rare occasions may show up again and slightly build in size and opacity). There also may be some days where a fragment randomly increases in size and opacity, but later goes back to normal and disappears.
