I tend to yap a lot when I get high, and I spend a lot of time just going back and forth between my roommates to talk at them for extended periods of time based on whatever weed-induced thought has entered my head that must immediately be expelled.

Separate from this, my kitten, Donnie, sometimes likes to linger behind me and follow me around as I hang out in certain rooms of the apartment. It's not always, but he gets into a mood where I can tell he just wants to be nearby and it's very cute when it happens!

Anyway, it seems this evening had been one of those linger moods for Donnie. And this evening also happens to be an edible-consuming one—because I wanted to watch RuPaul's Drag Race while high—but the edible hit earlier than intended so I spent about 20 minutes yapping between my roommates first. Finally, I'm ready to go back to my room, start my episode, and so turn to tell Donnie "Let's go, bubs."

and he's GONE.

My own little follow-boy in his little follow-boy mood was so over me being high and too talkative that he just left. I can't believe this betrayal.

Since siraj's home was destroyed in november by the IOF, he and his family have been displaced seven times. Since then they have been at constant risk of starvation, violence and illness.

Since the latest attack by the IOF that displaced his parents, his siblings and their families, Siraj is the sole provider for 23 family members now. This is already when three young children are sick with serious infections during a time where children in gaza are not even able to to get basic vaccinations anymore. He is struggling badly to make ends meet, and it weighs on him greatly that he is not able to provide for his family at such a difficult time.

Currently, he is at $51,480 CAD / $82,000 

He needs to reach his goal as soon as possible to take care of his family.

Please donate anything you can spare, easing this burden off his shoulders even a little is the least we can do right now
