On Friday, May 19th ( at a time to be determined ); Mikki and I ( in celebration of our reunion ) will be hosting a Drinking Stream of SHERLOCK. We did this once before; there will be a set of DRINKING RULES; along with friendly hijinx as we watch this ridiculous show & two of it’s crack-ier episodes.

( semi hiatus notice: may 5th-may 24th ): finals season has descended upon me & i’m really feeling the stress from it. i’ve started a second job at the casino to get more hours & pay the bills but it’s also less time that I have to be away from my work. Also I’ve misinterpreted how much work I have left to do & didn’t realize just how little time is left until the end of the semester. so i will be taking a semi-hiatus. my semester ends may 15th. but on may 16th i am leaving for canada to visit my wife ( aka @rebelgeneralleia / @toldabetterstory ) & #carly. i will be bringing my laptop but we have a lot planned for when i’m there so i’m not sure how much i’m going to be on !! as always you can sk//ype me ( drop in the tags ) or im me as they are both linked to my phone. love you guys xoxo

If he could feel any more proud of her hewould almost certainly overflow, and he knew that pride was reflected in hiseyes as he looked at her, in his smile as he watched her go through his closetwith no small measure of despair. Honestly, he’d wear whatever she ended uppicking out for him. Whatever she wanted. Anything for his little Rosie, whohadn’t been little in quite a while, who would likely glare him into the groundif he dared call her that. But some things never changed. Some things nevershould.

there had been a reason she hadn’t told her dad about the award tonight. he would have told everyone in sight. she loved that he was so proud, but it was intimidating when your extended family included a di from scotland yard & a pathologist in the morgue. even the bloody dead would know that she was up for it. plus, it wasn’t a shoo in. there were some pretty amazing pieces up against hers. “ it’s just this award thing.... one of my informational pieces on the middle east..... it’s not a big deal. “
