One of the most famous cover art in Japan 3: Naoya Matsuoka - September Wind (1982). Its cover art feels like Outrun and the music itself probably influenced AM2 composer Hiroshi Miyaushi (AKA Hiro) 4-10: various illustrations. As far as I know, Kaze no Nōtam is the only game Nagai worked on but his style is reminiscent of many early adventure games such as Maupiti Island.
