When you first start training it can be a struggle to transition from eating what you want when you want to a routine that requires you to plan your day so that food is ready to eat every 2-3 hours. It can seem daunting but remember that this is a long process of building good habits so before you know it it'll be second nature to plan your food for the following day or week. If the volume of food seems scary then try eating your normal 3 meals a day but add a healthy snack in between. As your training intensity increases over the coming weeks slowly increase the size of the snack to a meal. Remember patience and preparation are key. Oh! And a good cool bag. Have a great day!
