___
I have the suspicion that I'm coming down with something, so I arranged my list for this week around that possibility. I'm also finishing my Exhale to Splits, which is super exciting as well!! Once I have, I'll come back to talk about it, because that really was a new and fun challenge for me.
In case the suggestion doesn't feel right for that day, here are some alternatives (12 minutes or less, can also be used as add-ons). No shame in taking it slow! Let's move according to our needs! :) nightime flexibility stretches // bedtime yoga stretch to release stress & tension // 8 min beginner's ballet flexibility. // 10 min | Beginner Belly Dance Workout | Slow & Smooth Tutorial // 15 min Gentle Pilates Workout For Beginners

Watch it now.
I’ve never really followed Gabbie Hannah’s content because story times or blogs etc were never interesting to me, but her new video on her cosmetic procedures is extremely good and I’m glad I watched it.

I appreciate your incredibly detailed answer about perfumes and I will love you forevermore but I'm sorry you cannot seriously tell me "fat electrician" is the name of a perfume
Love, I’m happy you’re remarking about this because that’s exactly the point of that perfume!! The idea is that the most beautiful of young men, a Bruce Weber muse, a hot model at a LA party, will age and could very well turn into a fat electrician. A Dorian Gray fragrance, in that sense. Memento mori, pretty boy.
When I got my tester kit, I tried this one first because i thought that a perfume of this name would surely be gross and I wanted it out of the way. Instead, it turned into one of my favourites of the brand.
It’s called a “semi-modern vetiver” (vetiver is smoky, woody, chocolaty I think? It’s also said to have that sour-sweet, tart aspect of grapefruit), but to me it smells creamy, sweet. Luxurious, cashmere-soft chestnut cream. It’s delicious.

Made the mistake to add up the costs of all of the items on my fragrance necessities list. Not even the broader wishlist, the ones I planned on buying soon.

Dance performance and delicately constructed skirts, flowing lines and ballet slippers for Chika Kisada a/w 2023. Runway photos by Chika Kisada via vogue.com
Ever since founding her label in 2014, Japanese designer Chika Kisada has drawn on her background as a dancer to combine ballet esprit with punk spirit. This season, after working closely with the ballet dancer Haruo Niyama has inspired her view on gender, the models floating down the runway transcend the ideas of masculine and feminine, wearing suit jackets draped over delicately constructed bustiers, glittering shirts and flowing trousers, rustling heaps of skirts, jeans and stockings, and the omnipresent ballet slippers. And all the while, Niyama dances behind a translucent curtain, a Kisada-clad shadow. Watch the show.

Wearing it for the first time in quite a while I can definitely smell the yellow flowers in No5 Eau première. Masterpiece of a scent. Summer in a bottle. Sparkling, a little soapy, delicate, transparent, lovely.
