In a world shaped by an ancient prophecy, twin sisters are born: Kit, destined to embody light and serve as a champion of good, and Hazel, marked by darkness with the potential to unleash an ancient evil. To protect her, Kit is hidden away, while Hazel unknowingly assumes her identity and is presented as the rightful heir to the throne. As the sisters’ fates intertwine in unexpected ways, the story explores the true weight of prophecy, questioning whether destiny is predetermined or if the power to shape one’s path lies within.
