Police brutality actually pisses me off... Like a lot.
Warped Tour TM Beaten, Tased By Police For Seeking Medical Assistance
Eric Smith is a tour manager from our Warped Tour scene that has worked with many bands covered on PropertyOfZack. Smith passed out and became unresponsive yesterday, which resulted in his girlfriend calling 911 from their East Rochester, NY apartment for medical attention.
Smith, however, was not greeted with care. After regaining consciousness, Smith declined going to the hospital, which resulted in EMS technicians and police offers grabbing Smith to forcefully take him to the hospital in addition to handcuffing his girlfriend. The police then tased Smith and fractured his left eye socket after he requested the police remove his girlfriend’s handcuffs.
