it's sad how kids gotta worry abt police and stuff...

I can't go without a second without seeing tht cops have killed yet another innocent poc or another mass shooting.

God please help America bc we are in dire need. We aren't gonna last another 20-50 years if we keep on.

One of my teachers told me tht social security's only has 14 years left and we gotta start saving asap and it's bc of celebs and other higher up ppl legally not paying taxes.

But, I KNOW that it can be better! It will be better! It all depends on what we do to make the world a better place. Big or small. So please don't lose hope and keep pushing for a better planet for everyone. Keep protesting for the cause tht you KNOW what's right no matter what others say. Because every single day is a chance to make the next amazing.

If you are protesting, be peaceful and if the police get you, say absolutely nothing. They will use EVERYTHING against you.

Switch your phone to airplane mode and wear masks. The US is a surveillance country. Bring water and gas masks (or smth like tht) just in case if they decide to use tear gas.

Remember, the future is yours. Life's what YOU make it.

I'm late on this due to being on the other side of the US from Atlanta but this topic seems to not be getting circulated - I can be horrible at being concise, so to sum it up briefly, there is a 100-acre property that (to my understanding) the city of Atlanta and the Atlanta Police are trying to build and terraform into a huge police training facility called Cop City. It is very close to a working-class black neighborhood, and people have been protesting this by occupying the forest that they're trying to cut down and terraform for construction. Six people have been charged with domestic terrorism because of this. This video is a lot clearer on the topic, though, and I feel we should be talking about it.
