Chapter 6
Gibbs pulled Tony away from the car, and gave him a long stare before beginning to speak.
“So, what you’re telling me, is that the guy that’s dead in the BMW, said he’d never be caught dead in a BMW?” Tony concentrated, trying to make sure of what he had told the team.
“Err, yeah, pretty much, Boss.” Tony answered. Gibbs gave him another stare before replying.
“You know a David McSheffrey, DiNozzo?” Gibbs asked. Tony racked his brains.
“David McSheffrey? No” he replied. Gibbs turned away and started walking back towards the crime scene. “I did know a David Shaw and John McSheffrey though!” he shouted towards Gibbs. Gibbs stopped where he was stood. He turned and looked at Tony.
“You think these guys could be connected, DiNozzo?” he shouted back.
“Could be,” he answered. “Neither of them were what you’d call, normal.”
“Well, what do you mean by that?” Gibbs asked. Tony walked over to where Gibbs was standing.
“Well. Shaw’s dad was FBI, and he never forgot to gloat about it. His mom was military if I remember rightly. McSheffrey was just plain weird. He could get real angry, real quick.”
“Are you saying that they could have done this together, Tony?” asked Gibbs.
“Could be. The two were really close friends in College. Wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve kept in touch.” Gibbs looked down at the floor, and then back at Tony.
“I want a list of everyone in your little group in college.” Gibbs demanded.
“On it, boss” replied Tony.
“Oh, and you can go back with Ducky and Palmer.” Gibbs turned away and started walking back towards the car.
“Oh, c’mon Gibbs! You can’t send me back with the autopsy gremlin! Boss?!”
Gibbs walked back to the car, and could hear DiNozzo shouting after him. He gave a small smile before asking Duck what he’d found.
“What do you have, Duck.”
“Well, Jethro. The unfortunate soul was shot. Yes, I found one bullet hole in his chest. I’m guessing he bled out.” Replied Ducky.
“Well where’s the blood, Duck?” Gibbs asked.
“I’m guessing he was put here recently Jethro. Yes, he was shot elsewhere and then stuffed in the trunk of this car. I’ll confirm this when I get him back to autopsy.”
“T.O.D?”
“Well, I would place his death somewhere between 22:30 and 00:30 last night.” Ducky answered.
“Anything else we should know about, Duck?”
“Unfortunately, I won’t be able to tell you anything else until I get him back to autopsy, Jethro. Help me get him onto the gurney, Mr Palmer.” Jimmy walked with a body bag and proceeded to help Ducky getting the victim out of the trunk. Gibbs walked around to the front of the car.
“You find anything McGee?” he asked.
“Well, there’s a lot of mud on the pedals, and in the footwell. Maybe he was killed some place muddy.”
“Maybe, McGee, maybe.” Gibbs replied. “Anything else?”
“Well, I found this.” McGee pulled a plastic wallet out of his pocket, and lifted it up so that Gibbs could see what was inside.
“Looks like some kind of plastic?” Gibbs inquired.
“Yeah, that’s what I think. I’ll get it to Abby.”
“Good idea, McGee.” Gibbs said. “Ziva. Anything?”
“Apart from the flash drive, I have found nothing,” she replied. Gibbs started to walk away until Ziva shouted, “Hold on! I think I may have something.” She reached under the passenger seat, and pulled out a piece of paper. Gibbs walked over. “Looks like there’s some kind of phone number on here, Gibbs.”
“Bag it, Ziva. Get everything back to Abby, including the car.” Gibbs walked back to the M.E van with Ducky. “DiNozzo’s going back with you, Duck.” Ducky looked intrigued.
“Any reason why, Jethro?” Ducky asked. Gibbs looked at Duck and laughed.
“No, Duck. No, not really.” The two smiled and walked back towards their vehicles. McGee and Ziva were quick in joining Gibbs in the van.
“Where is Tony?” asked Ziva. Gibbs looked at her.
“He’s with Ducky and Palmer, why?” Gibbs asked.
“Just wondering,” replied Ziva. Gibbs started the engine and the team headed back to NCIS headquarters.

Chapter 5
Music blared from the frat house, and a young Anthony DiNozzo was dancing in the middle of the room whilst some men laughed in the corner. Tony tripped over whilst downing the last of his beer, sending the room into raptures. Two of the men in the corner got up, and helped Tony to his feet, and carried him over to the table where they were sat. Tony groaned, holding his head where he had banged it on the floor.
“That one’s gonna hurt in the morning!” He shouted, so his mates could hear him over the music. The men laughed, whilst one of them looked at their watch. "
It is morning, Tony. We should really turn in, guys!” called the oldest man in the group.
“C’mon, Michael!” shouted Tony. “The party’s only just getting started!” the other men around the table cheered, and they all gulped a shot of vodka. “God, I wish I had a car.” Stated Tony.
“Oh, yeah?” said one of the other men. “What, so you could go around and see all of your women on the same day?” The man chuckled drunkenly.
“Hell no, Chris. So I could get more!” joked Tony. The boys laughed, and all took another shot.
“So, Tony. What kind of car would you get?” asked one of the younger men.
“Well, David. I think I’d have a Ferrari. You know, that new one that just came out.” Tony pulled a can of beer out of the carrier bag on the table and opened it.
“No, Tony, seriously. If you could get a car now, and be realistic, which one would you get?” David also pulled out a can of beer, and like Tony, opened it, and began drinking.
“I dunno, man,” replied Tony. “I haven’t really given it much thought yet. Maybe a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang?” he said, reluctantly. A few of the men around the table approved, but one or two disagreed.
“Are you serious, Tony?” asked Michael. “All the cars in the world and you choose a Mustang? You’ve had too much to drink.” A couple of the guys laughed, but Tony put a serious look on his face.
“I will have you know that the Boss 302 Mustang, is a very good car. It has a 4 speed manual transmission, and has an 8 cylinder V8 engine which can produce 290 brake horsepower. It can also reach 0-60mph in just under 7 seconds.” Tony looked impressed with himself for remembering all of this, especially because of how much he had drunk. Michael leant forward, looking at Tony.
“That’s all well and good, but it will never be able to beat the Porsche 935.” Tony too leant forward, eyes fixed on Michael.
“Oh yeah, isn’t that the one with a flat 6 engine that produces up to 560bhp?” Tony asked.
“That’s the one Tony. Your Mustang wouldn’t stand a chance against my Porsche.” Michael stated proudly.
“Oh,yeah?” replied Tony. “What about the new BMW?”
“BMW? You wouldn’t catch me dead in a BMW.” The group laughed, and carried on drinking through the night.

Chapter 4
Ziva approached where McGee was stood. McGee was looking towards the couple who seemed quite happy, considering they had just found a dead body.
“What are you staring at, McGee?” she asked.
“Nothing, Ziva. Nothing at all,” replied McGee. “C’mon, let’s go.” The two walked over towards the young couple, neither of the two talking. Ziva finally ended the silence.
“Ok, McGee. I cannot take it anymore. What is the matter?” Ziva asked.
“Nothing” He replied, trying to keep a disappointed look off of his face.
“McGee, I have known you for a while now. I know when something is wrong, and something is clearly wrong now. So, what is it?” The two stopped walking, and McGee turned to look at Ziva.
“Ziva, honestly, it’s nothing. I’m fine,” answered McGee. “I guess I’m just tired. C’mon, let’s go.” The two walked over towards the couple and sat them down in the back of the van. “Hi, I’m Special Agent McGee; this is Special Agent David, NCIS. Do you mind if we ask you a few questions?”
“I’m John Davison; this is my fiancée, Sophie Johnson. Not at all, anything to help NCIS,” the male answered.
“What time did you find the body?” asked Ziva.
“Well, we finished dinner at around 10:30, then came straight here for a walk on the beach. I’d say between, 10:45 to 11:00pm.”
“Whereabouts were you eating?” McGee inquired
“This nice Italian place called Zia Marie. You want the address?” Asked the man. McGee nodded, looking at the man. “It’s err, 4497 Lookout Road.”
“What did you do from there?”
“We walked down Seaview Avenue, and came onto the beach. Must have walked about a mile until we found the car. Then we called 911 and shut the trunk.” Ziva looked up at the man.
“Why did you close the trunk?” She asked.
“It started raining. I’ve seen enough episodes of CSI to know that water can destroy evidence.” He answered. McGee nodded again.
“Did you touch anything in the car?” He questioned.
“I had a look in the front of the car. Found a wallet in the glove box.” He paused for a moment, as if he was wondering whether he should say something or not. “Drivers licence in the wallet. It says that it belongs to David McSheffrey.”
“Ok, thanks, that’s all for now. If you remember anything, give us a call.” McGee pulled a card out of his wallet and handed it to the woman. Ziva and McGee turned to walk away, but were stopped by the man.
“Hey, wait!” He shouted. “The man’s licence said David McSheffrey. I’m pretty sure I know his face, but I can’t think of his name though. I know for a fact it’s not David McSheffrey.” The two agents looked at each other, and then back at the witnesses.
“Ok, thanks for your co-operation. That’ll be all for now” Ziva stated. Ziva and McGee started walking back towards the crime scene when another van pulled up on the sand. Out of it stepped an elderly man, and a much younger one. Ziva and McGee turned back around and waited for the elder man to catch up with them.
“Nice of you to join us, Ducky,” Ziva said, with a hint of sarcasm in her voice.
“Yes, sorry I’m late. Mr Palmer got us lost again,” replied Ducky. Jimmy Palmer, Jimmy came around from behind the van carrying a gurney, and the rest of Ducky’s equipment.
“I got us lost? But you had the map, Dr Mallard,” Jimmy countered.
“I said turn left, and you decided to turn right, Mr Palmer. Therefore, you got us lost.”
“Oh, I’m sorry Dr Mallard. When you said turn left, I thought you meant your left.” Jimmy looked at Ducky with a smile on his face. The look on Ducky’s face soon made Jimmy’s smile fade.
“My left was you left, Mr Palmer. Honestly.” Ducky shook his head in misbelief as Ziva laughed.
“Oh, yes. Sorry doctor.” Ducky started walking towards the crime scene, as Gibbs made his way over.
“What the hell took you so long, Duck?” asked Gibbs.
“Sorry Jethro, Mr Palmer got us lost again. Where is the poor soul that has the bad fortune as to make my acquaintance?” asked Ducky.
“Right over this way, Duck.” The five walked over towards the car. “We haven’t been able to find any ID, so we needed to wait until you got here to move the body.”
“Good to see you remembered Jethro,” Ducky joked. They approached the car, where DiNozzo stood at the trunk, looking at the dead body.
“No need to look for ID for this guy, boss.” Tony stated
“Oh, yeah? And why’s that, DiNozzo?” asked Gibbs.
“His names Michael Dobbs. He was my best friend in college.” Everyone looked at Tony, shocked. Gibbs walked over to Tony.
“You need to tell me exactly how you know him.” Ordered Gibbs.

Chapter 3
Sirens blared and lights flashed as Gibbs and the team approached the abandoned car in the middle of the beach. It had been raining, but had stopped recently, and the sun was beginning to force its way through the clouds. The area had already been taped off and secured by the local police, and Gibbs was heading towards the man in charge. As he was walking, he barked orders at his team.
“Ziva, I want you taking photos. DiNozzo, you’re sketching. McGee, bag and tag anything you find. Oh, and let me know when Ducky arrives.” The team headed off towards the car, and Gibbs headed left, towards the police officer in charge of the crime scene.
“Special Agent Gibbs?” asked the officer. “I’m Officer Davies.”
“That’s me, what have we got?” Gibbs asked.
“A young couple phoned in, said they found a body. We got here, saw the marine cut and uniform. Then we called you guys and secured the area.” Officer Davies replied.
“Your guys touch or move the body or anything in the car?” Asked Gibbs.
“No sir, not us.” Replied Davies. “Guy who found him said searched in the front of the car though. Claims all he found was a wallet.”
“He get an I.D?”
“Well, not exactly.”
“What do you mean, not exactly, Officer Davies?” Asked Gibbs, who was starting to get annoyed.
“Well, sir, he got an I.D. from the glove compartment. We haven’t been able to match it to the marine in the trunk, so we’re assuming it belongs to the owner of the car. Like I said, we haven’t touched or moved anything in the car. Just saw the hair and clothes and called NCIS.” Replied Davies nervously.
“You talked to the witnesses?”
“Yes sir, but I guess you want to anyway?”
“You got that right, Officer. Have them sent to our van, we’ll take it from here.”
“Yes sir.” The police officer turned and walked towards the vehicles on the beach and started barking commands to the officers nearby. Gibbs turned around and headed back towards his team who looked hard at work at the crime scene. Gibbs ducked under the tape, and walked over to McGee who was stood next to the trunk of the car.
“I couldn’t find any ID boss. I’ll have to use fingerprints to identify him,” said McGee. “I haven’t had the chance to get a proper look in the trunk yet, boss.”
“You’ll get the chance once Ducky gets here, McGee,” replied Gibbs. “Until then, take Ziva and go and question the couple that found him.” McGee turned around and started walking back towards where the couple were stood. “McGee!” McGee span around, reacting to his boss’ voice. “Aren’t you forgetting someone?” Asked Gibbs.
“Oh, yeah. Sorry boss.” McGee started walking towards the car until Gibbs waved him away. McGee turned back around and started walking back towards the area of the beach the police vehicles were parked. Gibb’s walked around the car and towards Ziva, who looked over her shoulder as Gibbs approached.
“Gibbs, I think I might’ve found something.” She said as Gibbs got nearer. She pointed to the ground near her feet, and Gibbs knelt down, putting on his latex glove. He reached down to the sand, and picked up a flash drive
“Looks as though it’s one of the flash drive doodahs.” Stated gibbs.
“Doesn’t look like it’sbeen here long” replied Ziva. Gibbs stood up pulling a plastic wallet out of his back pocket.
“Good spot, Ziva. Go and help McGee question the witnesses,” said Gibbs.
“I am on it.” She replied. Ziva walked quickly back towards the vehicles nearer the bank. Gibbs reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell. He dialled a number, and it wasn’t long before he got an answer.
“Hello?” Said the voice on the phone.
“Hey, Duck. Where the hell are you?” asked Gibbs.
“We’re almost there, Jethro.” Replied Duck.
“Well, let me know when you get here, I want to get this case solved sooner rather than later.”
“Do I sense urgency in your voice, Jethro?” asked the Ducky.
“No, Duck, no. I just want to get this one done.” With that, Gibbs hung up the phone and headed back towards the car. He looked at it for a moment, until Tony came over.
“Nice ride, huh boss?” asked Tony. “BMW M5 model. Nice, V8 engine, with a 6 speed, manual gearbox and a…” Gibbs cut Tony off before he could say anything more about the car.
“If you say one more thing, about this car, DiNozzo. I will head slap you so hard, that your eyes will fall out of your sockets.”

Chapter 2
The lift opened and out of it stepped Tony DiNozzo and Timothy McGee. They turned right into the squad room, DiNozzo laughing.
“So, Probie. This girl I saw you leaving with last night, was your sister?” He laughed, sitting at his desk. “I’ve seen your sister McGee, and I know for a fact, that that was NOT her.” He logged onto his computer, and quickly checked his emails. McGee walked away from Tony’s desk, and sat down at his own. Tony stood up and slowly walked towards McGee’s desk. “You see, McGee, your sister is hot, no doubt about that, but the girl you left with last night, was WAY hotter!” He turned away as if he was finished, but turned straight back to the younger special agent. “No, really. Who was she, McGee?” A chuckle came from the desk opposite Tony’s. Tony had been so interested in questioning McGee, trying to find out who McGee had left with the night before, that they had both failed to notice the arrival of Ziva David. Ziva stood up and walked over to Tony.
“Why are you so interested in McGee, Tony?” He looked at her confused, racking his brains for an answer. “Wouldn’t you rather be telling us about a woman you took home last night, or a movie you watched last week?” Tony stood up straight, staring at Ziva.
“I will have you know, Miss. David, that I do not take women home. I would also like to inform you, that the last movie I watched was actually Speed from 1994.” Ziva looked at Tony confused.
“Hang on, wait.” She paused, still looking confused. She walked back towards her desk. ” In 1994, they made a movie… about drugs?” Tony stared at Ziva as if she was stupid. Even McGee had a strange expression on his face. Tony walked over to Ziva’s desk.
“No. Keanu Reeves plays a morally ambivalent cop that needs to remove a bomb from underneath a bus.” Ziva sat down at her desk.
“Well that doesn’t sound too hard, Tony.” She logged into her computer as she spoke. “I could do that in my sleep.” An older man appeared from around the corner, holding a cup of coffee and walked towards the three agents. He sat down at his desk and started doing some paperwork.
“Well, yeah, David. But you wouldn’t be doing it on a moving bus with a bomb that was fused to explode if the bus went under 50 miles per hour.” Tony looked impressed at Gibbs’ knowledge of the movie. Ziva turned to look at Gibbs.
“Well, yeah, Gibbs. I guess that would increase the difficulty. So, did he make it?” She looked between Gibbs and Tony, hoping for an answer. McGee eventually ended the silence.
“Well, yeah, Ziva. How many movies do you know of where the good guy dies in a huge bomb explosion?” Tony looked at McGee and chuckled. “What? It’s a valid point, Tony.” Tony walked towards his desk and sat down.
“Well, yeah, McGee. I just didn’t think it was your kind of movie.” McGee looked at Tony with a confused look. Tony leant towards McGee. “Isn’t something like Legally Blonde, or Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging more up your street?” Tony and Ziva laughed at his little joke. McGee went to reply, but was interrupted by Gibbs, who had been silently working.
“We got a dead marine, gear up.” All four of the agents went into their desks, pulling out their side-arms, and holstering them at their hips.
“What happened, boss?” asked Tony. Gibbs walked past Tony who quickly joined the senior agent.
“Marine was found dead in the boot of a car at Virginia Beach.” The four agents stepped into the lift, and McGee pressed the button to go down. Gibbs looked at McGee. “Nah, DiNozzo. McGee strikes me as more of a Bridget Jones guy.” Tony and Ziva laughed as the elevator doors shut.

Chapter 1
A young couple were walking on the beach, the tide coming in. The boy was around 25, with short, dark brown hair, light blue eyes, and sharp features. The girl was a couple of years younger. She had shoulder length, blonde hair, brown eyes and full lips. She was wearing a ring on her ring finger, newly placed.
“I can’t believe we’re gonna get married, John,” said the woman. John smiled, looking at her with soft eyes, her hair blowing in the wind.
“Yeah well, the cost, the stress, it’s all worth it if it means we get to be a proper couple.” She giggle, looking down at her feet. “You know, Sophie, I couldn’t imagine anything that could ruin this moment.” Sophie looked up, and saw a car on the beach in the distance.
“Why’s there a car on the beach?” she asked. John followed her gaze with his eyes.
“I dunno. Some drunk guy probably just thought he was in a car park, it’s probably nothing.” Sophie looked at him, wondering if he could be right.
“It just doesn’t feel right, John. I think we should check it out.” John looked at her, knowing she was probably right. He nodded at her reluctantly, and they ran towards the parked car. As they got closer, they noticed the trunk of the car was open. They approached the car cautiously, scared of what they might find. John checked the front, and finding nothing, he opened the door, hoping to find something inside saying who the car belonged to. He opened the glove compartment, and pulled out a black wallet, and opening it, found a drivers licence. He looked at it for a second, almost as if he recognised it. The name was David McSheffrey. It wasn’t a name he could remember, but he was sure he’d seen the guys face before.
“Hey, Sophie!” He shouted out to his fiancée. “I found a drivers licence in the glove box!” He paused, waiting for an answer. He got out, walking slowly towards the rear of the BMW. “Sophie?” She looked up, looking half scared to death. She stuttered repeatedly, trying to get her words out. Rain started falling from the sky, almost as if the weather was tuned to her feelings. “What’s wrong, honey?”
“Call 911.” John walked right around to the rear end of the car., and looked into the trunk of the car. His right hand quickly reached into his pocket and scrambled around for his cell, finding anything but. When he final pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and dialled 911, he heard the operator’s voice.
“Hello, 911, what’s your emergency?”
“Hi, I’m at Virginia Beach. I need the police. A man has been murdered.”

Because it should matter what he does in the ring, not how his fucking movies do!
No but seriously, The Rock is easily one of the most recognized wrestlers around. Number one movies at the box office, a tv show out right now. Why wouldn’t he be on the cover?

He's still around, but i wouldn't say he's entertaining anybody.
All you complainers bitching about the cover
Really? A wrestler who basically was one of the leaders of the attitude era who is actually still around entertaining your asses whether in wrestling & movies both deserves a cover on a damn video game. Can’t please everyone obviously, you’ll buy it if you want to play the shit.

Hate this
I hate this phase. It happens every so often. All I think of is depressing thoughts, y'know, death, failure, bullying, and shit like that. My last phase like this was mid-February. That one was much worse. I just wonder when I'll see the light?

The Rock Sucks: I'm sorry, I mean you guys might idolise The Rock, you may even think he's cool! But for me, he's just a man, like John Cena, who's built like a train, full of steroids, and has been given every chance under the sun to become the greatest of all time! For me, CM Punk will always be better than The Rock, (and Cena), because he worked his way from the bottom, he wasn't just handed chances on a silver platter! He's worked his ass off to make his way up from the independent circuits to being the longest reigning (and best) WWE Champion of the modern era! I don't normally hate on anybody, but The Rock? I'm sorry, I just can't stand him, never will! Also, what the HELL... has he done with the WWE Championship? I mean, it looked decent before, but The Rock's version, is enough to make you throw up! I mean, it just looks horrible!

Ok, so A Rocket To The Moon's new album "Wild & Free" drops in just 7 days!! Yes! You heard me right! Seven days! That's the 26/3/13!! Before today, I had a vague idea of what it would sound like after listening to their EP "That Old Feeling" which had 4 songs from "Wild & Free"! They were "Whole Lotta You", "Going Out", "First Kiss" and "You're My Song", and of course everyone should know "Ever Enough" by now, because it's just incredible and the music video is #4 on MTVs hottest videos (Or some chart like that)! But anyway, I kind of expected what it would be like, but I just heard it for the first time today on billboard.com and it is way better than I had hoped!!! That's in a good way! Songs like "If I'm Gonna Fall In Love", "Another Set Of Wings" and "I Do" are just way out of this league! I mean, their first album "On Your Side" was amazing, but (And I didn't think this was possible) This new one is even better!! It's streaming now on billboard.com right NOW!! So go check it out and be amazed!!

CHAPTER 5
I look out of the blinds in silence, it’s more peaceful that way. Cars are mellowly driving on the road, like the world has no troubles. How wrong they can be. But today, I feel like my world will be brightened slightly. For special reasons of course. I hear the door swing open...
