Hello everyone, if you are wondering what is going on with my blog please read this post.

This blog used to be called “FNAF Musophobia”, but is now being called “FNAF Playhouse - Rat and Cat” due to it fitting with my AU better.

If you wanna know what the AU used to be like, check out some of my older posts from one-two months ago, they’ll explain a lot of old plot points for the story.

This AU focuses on two narratives, the Rat and Cat narratives. The Cat narrative is led by Gregory, who has to survive on the surface in the FNAF one location with Mike and Abby Schmidt, while the Rat narrative is led by Cassie who ends up getting stuck underground with the toy animatronics in a sister location like setting along with Jeremy.

This AU changes a lot of the story, it’s very much not a usual retelling of the story of FNAF so don’t expect that. Please don’t complain about the AU not following canon, I don’t care. I will only be accepting actual criticism that is told to me respectfully.

This blog is ran by me, @brisketblues, on that blog I mostly post personal art or fnaf art that isn’t about my AU, along with personal stuff in general.

Since I’m gonna do a major revamp to FNAF MUSOPHOBIA, I’m gonna share the original versions of this AU since it changed a lot over time. This post is covering the second version of this AU, made around summer of 2023 and where Musophobia first got its name from. This version of the AU had small changes but I’m only featuring the major story changes made. I will also be marking previous Musophobia post under the tag #oldmusophobia

Character groups

The start of the business

The first location is opened under the Fredbears (or fredcats, since this AU changed the species of Fredbear and Springbonnie to a cat and a rat hence why the AU was called Musophobia) branding inside a mall, but a few years later a sinkhole caused most of the building to be buried under dirt. William Afton and Henry Emily (the owners) decided to rebrand the business to Freddy’s.

Afton deaths

Abby in this AU sacrifices herself to her father to try and prevent any other murders (I don’t remember how she found out or how she would think her sacrifice would end things but whatever) and takes the form of shadow Bonnie (baby isn’t possessed in this AU) Mrs. Afton, aka Goldy, is murdered by William and possesses Golden Freddy. Carlton’s death wasn’t really thought of much while making this AU but just assume it’s kinda similar to canon, neither was Michaels since his death was farther into story and I wasn’t really thinking about it when I was still interested. William was able to go underneath the mall and enter the original Fredbears location, one day he got stuck and stayed their for a long time. He ended up killing himself on purpose so he could possess the spring Bonnie suit and live forever.

Mimic cult

William ends up making a tape called the mimic (the mimic is not an actual animatronic in this AU) that have hypnotizing visuals that mind control the viewer. The first victim was Steve Raglan, a inspector that was lured into the mall security office and ended up seeing the tape and now works as a job counselor so he could indict more people into the mimic cult. The second member was Reagan who got ahold of a bunch of old Fazbear Ent. tech and got mimic’d, she ended up going under the name Vanny and gained the bunny suit. The third victim was Jeremy who (after the bite) lost all of his memories of Fazbear Ent. and worked for them to get answers, he got too close to the truth and ended up slicing his face off. The last member was Vanessa, she was able to be saved but still thought I’d mention her.

The “books”

The story of Musophobia was separated into three parts kinda reflecting the original novel trilogy. The “silver eyes” was like if the movies and Silver Eyes stories were fused together. The other two were kinda blurry, they didn’t get much thought of for them. Charlie kinda went through the same character arch as in the twisted ones but other than that nothing much happened with those two parts.

Original characters

The glamrocks and funtimes were basically fused together in my AU since if I had both groups separate it would be overly complicated. The main band were the Cybergoths which consisted of Tiger rock, Eleanor, Roxy, and Monty. They also had twisted forms though they didn’t do anything

I also fused baby and ballora with sun and moon and they named Kidcore baby and Kidcore Sweetheart (they were separate characters)

The puppet and ennard were fused together. Abby was able to manipulate the Cybergoths into destroying themselves and fusing eachother into one body which had a similar appearance to the puppet.

Thats mostly it, I’ll update the post if I remember anything new about this version. Just a warning, the next two posts will be a lot shorter and messier due to the fact that those other versions didn’t have a lot thought about their stories

Sorry for not posting, I haven’t been thinking about this AU for a bit and I’m just kinda burnt out on it. I wanna focus on other AUs I’ve made so I’m gonna take a break from posting about Musophobia.

Emily family AU designs!

Again, these designs went through tons of revisions but they came out really good still in the end.

Btw I wanted to mention that Cassidy is the middle child in the Emily family and that Sammy is the oldest and Charlie is the youngest

Afton Family AU designs!

These characters were really fun to design but they had to go through a lot of revisions because some of them weren’t coming out right in my opinion lol

Kidcore Baby and and Kidcore sweetheart!

These two characters are basically the fusions between ballora and moondrop and circus baby and sundrop. The reason why Ballora is named sweetheart in this AU is because I wanted her name to match Baby’s and thought that was the best choice.

I also wanted to mention that these two are meant to be Eleanor’s younger sisters and that why they look so much like her.

The only two animatronics for the “security breach/SL” part of the timeline of my AU (I don’t have an official name for it yet) is DJMM and Ennard/Puppet.

I honestly struggled a lot while making Sweethearts design especially with the colors but I think I got it down.

One thing I wanna mention in this post even if it is kinda random is that this AU is constantly changing and new things are being added so these designs may change drastically if I ever feel like I wanna change their roles or whatever.

The Cybergoths! One of the main animatronic bands for my FNAF AU.

They are basically the fusions between the Funtime, Twisted, Glamrock animatronics in my AU and replace them. They aren’t too different from the Funtime animatronics, they kidnap children and are built by William (they also have twisted forms but I haven’t drawn those yet). They are also placed inside a mall like in security breach. Another thing they do (which I covered in another post) is destroy themselves and use their animatronic parts to build ennard AKA the puppet in this AU.

I plan on drawing some of the other SB animatronics for my AU (I’ve already done Sun, so I just need to do DJMM and the Moon + Vanny) They’ll be fused with previous animatronics, for example I’ve fused the Sun with circus baby and I will fuse the moon with ballora (I plan on just keeping DJMM the same). Vanny is gonna be tape girl for my AU and just be using Vanny as a cover up name to blame her crimes on Vanessa.

Decided to share these doodles of some of the Funtime/Glamrock animatronics (I’ve fused the two groups) in my AU.

I’ve decided to remove Chica and Freddy and replace them with Baby and Tiger-Rockfrom the band because when they are built, Afton is posing as another person and can’t use the copyrighted characters from Henry’s side of the business.

These characters are also the twisteds but I haven’t designed those forms. Illusion discs don’t exist in my AU so they twisted animatronics are basically just normal animatronics that have been decaying and have sharper claws.

Roxanne is also in the group but I haven’t found the time to draw her. I plan on fusing Sun and Moon with Lolbit and Ballora and just breaking the two apart.

Millie is also a main character, she actually works at the daycare and is good friends with Oswald and Sarah. Millie is actually apart the glitch trap cult (which I will also be covering in another post) and gets stuck inside Baby since Funtime Freddy dosent exist. Oswald replaces Gregory in my AU, and Sarah replaces Kelly or Cassy (which is something I’m still thinking about doing). I don’t really plan on adding anymore Fazbear Frights characters (both protags and villains) because that would be to much to figure out.

Hello everyone! This is my introduction post for my AU known as “FNAF: Musophobia”

I’m not gonna go in much detail here because I wanna save most of it for another post, but the first arch of this story will be told in three parts all taking place from different character’s perspective. I’m not planning on doing a comic at this moment, so the story will mostly be told through facts and art I post on this account.

This story will have a lot of queer, POC, and neurodivergent characters in its story so if that bothers you, please ignore. This au is for me and people who like it to enjoy

I’m cool with fanart of the characters when I post them, so please tag me. The only time I wont support fanart is when it whitewashes, erases queer characteristics (such as top surgery scars), or changes the body shape of a plus sized character as well as being used to spread hate. If you can’t draw these features don’t bother drawing the characters

I’m cool with you using elements from my AU for your AU, you don’t need to credit me as well. A lot of this AU is inspired by other things people have put into their AUs that I thought were cool.

One last thing, I’ve seen people send hate to a lot of other content creators who post about their AU about this and I wanna set it straight that this AU will barely follow canon or any other popular AUs/HCs. All events with be altered, changed, or removed entirely for my AU so don’t come into my comments crying about something like how my timeline dosent follow up with the canon timeline of the games.
