Totally Awesome 80s Legacy Challenge!!!

Here are the rules for my super long legacy challenge. They haven't been tested thoroughly yet so feel free to let me know if anything isn't doable. It's meant to be done in either normal or long lifespan, but if you want to try the short lifespan I won't stop you. You can skip any generations that you can't do due to pack limitations or if you just don't feel like doing that generation. This is meant to be fun, not strict. If you don't like one of the rules feel free to skip it. Another fun thing to do would be to find and watch the movie before each generation so you have a better handle on what I was trying to recreate in that generation. Also if these graphics are unreadable I do have a Word file I can link. Please let me know if you try the challenge and tag me in any posts or videos so I can see how you're doing. Generation One - Mina Morrow

Update 1.1.

We start our story in San Sequoia with Mina Morrow, a young Sim whose life goal is to start her own bakery.

At first, she's content to sell her goods from a stand at the park, but soon she's saved up enough money to transform her garage into a small business.

Things are on the up and up. Of course, life is hardly ever so simple, and Mina's tendency towards hopeless romanticism threatens to uproot her plans.

When the high school clown/party boi Kyle Kyleson contacts her out of the blue asking if he can crash at her place for a few days, she agrees...

It turns out to be more than a few days, however, when Mina falls head over heels for the friendly blonde slacker.

Not long after, she discovers she's pregnant. Oops?

Nevertheless, both Mina and Kyle are excited for the baby, and determined to make it work. Soon, little Kylie is born, and the family falls into a comfortable routine.

Of course, life has a habit of getting in the way... or in this case, a certain Sim that Mina has fallen hopelessly head over heels for...

This is a legacy challenge I created to add some more drama and spice to my game while enjoying the many packs and features it has to offer (that I often forget exist)! Feel free to use mods/cc in your games or play completely vanilla. It’s all up to you! In some generations, I will add some mod suggestions that I think would add to the overall experience of that gen, but it is NOT a must! Feel free to alter certain goals to suit your play style as I want you guys to enjoy the legacy and have fun! I hope you guys are ready for some drama & hot tea! 🍵

This legacy is pack heavy (I couldn’t help myself 😭) so feel free to swap out traits, aspirations and goals to something you can do with the packs you own. Some generations are more wholesome than others. Some are filled with drama! If you want to check things off your list, make a copy of the rules to keep for yourself, then you should be able to edit it! Oh and I want to see your sims!!
