Ofc the best case scenario would be everyone is healthy and good and she gets better but OBVIOUSLY she doesn't want to!!!! That's what this shit does!!!! I'm not saying she's undeserving of help or that she's a lost case, of course everyone should hope for her to get well, but she obviously wants to die, she's not a kid, she's not dumb no matter how much everyone infantilizes her, she's not a baby and she must (AT THE VERY LEAST) have an idea of how damaging her content is, she's not an idiot, she's an adult who's been abused for years and years of her life and of course that stunts your growth and of course that makes you more vulnerable but why would that excuse her of all the damage she's put out on the world.
