Welcome to our first monthly exam. We want to look at your skills and maybe inspire others to learn how to build better! The topic for this month is a little basic, but can be made complicated with some effort and creativity! Starter Home

The rules: 1. The budget is 20.000 Simoleons. The land you are building on has to be within this price margin. 2. The house must be build for 4 people. You can choose the relationship between those Sims. Can be a family, a student home or whatever you can think of. 3. Nothing is forbidden, if it is in the game. That means no custom content. 4. My first Simester

Looking for fellow Simmers! This university was made to build a community of people loving the art of creating equally as we do. Share your experiences, your builds and - most of all - yourself with other people, get responses and learn for your degree!

This server has a campus system based on activity, if you are working with others and enjoy your time you can get higher certificates. Everyone starts as a freshman, but everyone can level up!

Every month we will have a challenge you can work on, whoever gets chosen for winner in the end gets a rank and makes a huge step to a sim university certificate.
