honestly… some diets that “normal” people go on are not far off from disordered eating habits. i’ve seen people restrict their calories to 1,000, even below that sometimes, and exercise on top of that. I’ve seen people do “water fasts” where they basically starve themselves for a week or more. idk. i realize people just wanna lose weight, but it makes me feel like im not doing enough?? like do i even have a disorder ?
