i have 2 weeks to drop 12lbs so i can feel good about myself before my boyfriend comes back and i have to see my family.
hopefully gonna ACTUALLY start running again like i said i would and commit to the 10,000 steps a day goal.

it’s 4am but yesterday i hit my goal with flying colors :)
ate below 600 (510 to be exact)
didn’t get any workout in, only steps from walking to my classes. i’ll get a LOT of walking in tomorrow bc i have to drive to another state to get my hair done and then i’m meeting up with a friend that lives there. gonna try to figure out how to eat as little as possible with her without her noticing.
went on the scale after a nap and i’m down to 151.8
14 hours into my fast and i think im gonna get back into my soup era to keep with the low cals

goal: under 800
started my fasting app to see how long i can go before i cave and i’m at ~3 hours rn
planning on finishing class work, folding and putting away laundry, and doing some yoga to get good exercise in before i sleep :)
very proud of myself right now because i haven’t been able to stick to the counting calories in so long and i’m actually doing it again!!

going pescatarian like i used to be. trying to ease back into full vegetarian again.
also trying to fix my horrid sleep schedule so i can get back into a good routine and keep consistent with the gym.
i think i’ve only kept off ab 3lbs so still ~153lb
goal for the end of the month: 145lb
goal for friends wedding: 135lb
