These are the books I’ve ordered few weeks ago, I’m already excited! I also joined an online book club and our first read of the month is a classic by Ovid, the myth of Icarus and Daedalus from the metamorphoses (book viii). I knew this poem already because I’m a Greek-Roman mythology enthusiastic but I’ve never read it before now and I admit it was such a good reading! I’m gonna buy the physical book soon because I can’t wait to read more of Ovid’s poems.

Hoping that working from somewhere other than my bed (read: the living room floor, apparently) will allow me to get something done

Cope -ability and setting new goals.
As part of the adjusting to the current circumstances i(like most of us)came to realization that changing plans and finding new alternativesin in first place can be scary but gradually after cool thinking it is a way to learn how to develop our cope-ability.
To the point!  Set new goals! Begin again!
German
In my case ,i have been learning German for the past two months. My main goal is to reach B2 level as i am planning to move abroad.Because of many issues i haven’t really kept up with them and the whole process had its ups and downs.
So apart from the fact that i decided to take proper german classes next Autumn,i want to keep fresh what i have learned so far.Small studying sessions every day, vocabulary and grammar are the main targets. At the same time music ,movies, videos and even ig stories can help to keep in touch with the language.
Turkish
For me learning Turkish has a sentimental value.I came across with them during my Erasmus.Through my turkish friends i first learned  more about the culture and therefore i became very intrigued by the language and how it works. But my goal here is to reach a very basic every day vocabulary and grammar level just for the fun of it!I have been learning for a few months and  i want to continue  in a casual way.
Russian
Russian is the language which i have a “love and hate” relationship .Ok “hate” might sound too harsh but  what i mean is that for me it is the hardest of all of the above .Huge factor to my fear to them had played my college years. Russian were a mandatory course for four years but unfortunatelly the academic stuff and our teachers didn’t really care  how to make us familiar with the language. So after alot of personal effort i got my B2 level degree, but still i feel rusty because i don’t use them daily. However they are very important for my job(i work in the touristic sector),so i have to keep up with them.Mainly i want to refresh the basics and specify in the touristic vocabulary.
Sorry for this long post .It was a way for me  to introduce myself and also give a purspose to this blog.Through here i am going to keep sharing my journey.

24.4.20 - finished planning the first book in a fantasy trilogy I want to write. It was originally supposed to be junior fiction for an assignment (which is only the first chapter) but I decided to worldbuild and write the whole thing oops...
