I’ve been eating junk food the past few days. About 3 days ago, my weight was 165.5 lbs. Now it’s 171.5 lbs. I don’t know how it’s possible but it’s so triggering and I’m really down about it.
Starting today I’m coming on more often and I’m going to kick July’s ass and lose so much weight!
