Not your average egg pudding! うふプリン☆ Amazing Japanese sweets!
Start as always, talk about being in a friend's house and coming from Tokyo station, something that should be taken into account is that in that station, when you arrive you will find sweets from many countries as curiosity and obvious of many styles. And what you buy for your friend is like a box of eggs, which obviously you think has normal eggs, but nooo, has sweet eggs (chocolate) or at least you think so. But again it's wrong, since it's an egg pudding.
Tumblr media
And it is strange, but they are not Japanese sweets, they are French sweets and have strawberry, pumpkin or combined, something that really only eat strawberry. On the other hand, he talks about where he got them, he makes a mockery of the store and explains that he did not go to the Tokyo station this store. Obiamente it tastes the pudín of hollow with strawberry, and talks that it is very creamy and really it is noticed when with the spoon it eats it, and the outer egg bone the shell thought that it was of sugar or chocolate, but equally it is not it, it was a normal egg And he ends up saying that in fact the stranger and father of this sweet is the packaging, the truth is right because a box of eggs for a sweet ... is strange but cool

The best part of winters in Japan! The Kotatsu culture!
Starts (Chika), explaining that in winter in Japan it is very cold, apart from most houses in Japan do not exist or have heating, then inside it is cold even if you do not want to. Then yes, you were dying of cold. Therefore, he says that many foreigners more than anything point out why there is no heating in the houses, therefore, in the same way there are many theories, which are very conservative, which is very expensive in Japan, etc.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Obviously change over the years, at first they were called Annka, which was made of clay or wood, with holes in the sides where a cup of hot coal (not lit) was placed and a blanket on top. Then I thought about making it bigger and for more people called Irori it was a well with a boiler in the same way with hot coal, the problem did not move, and with that we got to what we obviously have with technology. modified and improved the idea, even in some restaurants is this type of furniture.

Coming of Age Day in Japan! 成人式☆
In this video we talk about a festival about the day of the age ... something very strange in a sense, since something like that is not celebrated here. However, I am aware that Japan's age and experience of people is very important in their culture.
It is a festival to celebrate the "new adults" in Japan, that is, when you turn 20 years old that year, you have this festival that takes place on the second Friday of January
Tumblr media
In short you have a festival as a child graduation, since you will be an adult. And it is a festival, for women to wear a good Furisode kimono with long sleeves, and that only single women wear and have one of the two who buy a new kimono or continue with a family tradition and use their mother's.
Tumblr media
And men can wear an elegant suit, a type of kimono with pants, the ceremonies are elaborated by region or district where they live from their hometown. Or from middle school. In the same way, when they are adults as in any country, they become "legal" before the law, giving more privileges as obligations to society, some taking advantage of the day to take on their day with their parents or friends.

Went to Santa Fe with absolutely nothing planned and were surprised to find the biggest Indian market of the year going on!
(Chika) with their friends visit the city of Santa Fe, where they visited the oldest house in the United States that was a gift shop, Santa Fe is the oldest city in the United States and is a place where you can find many artists.
Tumblr media
For the same, you will find many galleries, jewelry stores and craft shops. He says he has visited several tourist places, but in Santa Fe he was very alive and there were many people outside. Since afterwards there was a market in the street of handicrafts, most of them were very colorful. I buy turquoise and black earrings ...
Tumblr media
What makes me curious about this video is that the crafts are very similar or, otherwise, they are the same as the Mexican crafts, there are even (Concherros) Dancers. Also the color palette in the crafts is very similar.
Chika discovers that a Japanese is dedicated to making this type of crafts and even has its mark in Japan, supposedly arrived in a big event and really had "lucky" to be in that place these days, I say that is not so lucky because he says that for the festival everything is more expensive.

Ogres, soybeans, & sushi rolls! Spring time rituals in Japan!
Tumblr media
To start you should know a few words to understand, the first (Oni) Japanese demons, (Otafuku / Okame) a lady with a very round and chubby face, used in a brand of (Daizu / mame), a style of soy. In the end this (Futomaki), this is the simplest, a huge sushi roll, which is good luck.
Tumblr media
One factor to make these festivals is as always, to thank the times and triumphs, but more than anything to be the beginning of the year, ask not to get sick, money, well being for oneself or for the family.
A ritual is the (Mamemaki), the name refers to Mom, since the ritual is not to take colds or flu, throughout the spring. They use phrases that allude to evil, bring evil (Oni) and fortune can come to you (Otafuku). The "mama" launches the demon (Oni) (Daizu) to scare him.
Usually the father is dressed (Oni), the mother of (Otafuku), and the child makes this festival, and with his mother the fans (Daizu) the father to go away (Oni)
Soy is a sacred food in Japan, just like rice, but because of its size, soybeans are considered better for this, they roast to prevent trees from growing everywhere.
Tumblr media
In Japan the trees grow has a unique word that similarly resembles the eyes, so if you do not cook them, say that crecezan then the eyes and obvious is bad luck and something frightening.
And then you eat a soybean seed for every year of age. What if they eat them after throwing them to the ground? ... depends on the region, the people and, above all, the culture of the region.
Tumblr media
In the end they eat the huge sushi roll, and it has 7 ingredients each with its meaning, just like eating it has a Japanese word game, very strang

5 things you need to do in Hokkaido!
In this video (Chika) tells us where to go when we visit Hokkaido in winter. Number one is (Sapporo Snow Festival), where we can see many snow figures, who used tons of this to make them, we can find from simple snowmen, boats to Snow Darth Vader. And of course you can not miss the delicious food.
Tumblr media
Second place or post, (Lamb BBQ), this is not a Top 5 is more for the experiences of (Chika). In this place already speak in another Blog, is a place where you prepare a type of food that is a hot pan with butter and fat, topped with raw meat with vegetables, the smell is incredible and the dish is delicious. We can also find a chocolate beer.
Tumblr media
The third place (Soft service & Noboribetsu) famous for its hot springs, and especially for its sculptures of Oney, a demon of Japan, but THERMAL WATERS, is something super known of Japan and is a place to relax and be quiet a while.
Tumblr media
On the other hand, on that side, we have a famous ice cream shop, where the ice cream is so fresh that there is no fear of it falling, it is so creamy and rich, that although there is snow on the place, many people want ice cream there.
Tumblr media
At the end we have a Nonokaze Resort where we have to queue for about 30 minutes here, Chika took advantage of the moment, went up to the top floor, her surprise was to see a view of the entire city 360 degrees. When returning with his friends, he started an explanation, the restaurant works without servers and with a type of tape, passes the plates (Sushi), if they have many of these in Japan, but the quality and freshness in this in general is very good and their dishes are simply DELICIOUS, unfortunately I do not like sushi.

My friends react to Japanese kimonos!
In this video (Chika) takes his friends to try kimonos, a costume typical of Japan, and TOO REPRESENTATIVE IN ITS CULTURE. First you will see, they have to choose the color, the fabric and the embroidery, then obviously they have to take off their clothes, they start with socks, they are divided in two calls (Tabi), really those socks are funny.
Tumblr media
They use (Getas) sandals for the kimonos, the kimonos are pressed to give the figure of the person, and the kimonos that are divided into two parts called (Nibushiki).
The decorated ribbon that is on the waist, outside is called (Obi). You also have to be too curious in this part, as they combine with the flat bow that they have in the back, and the (Obi age) that is the girdle. Also with the (Obi Jime) which is the ornamental ribbon used at the end.
Now with the kimonos put, they look very beautiful the kimonos at the end, they will walk to a place to show off, but without before going to the aesthetics of a good hairstyle for kimono and is great because the aesthetic has its own gallery of cuts or hairstyles for kimono.
They are very extravagant or very simple, in the end they look amazing and the combination of kimonos and dresses, with the style of Japanese architecture, I can only say what at once, it is fantastic, a very beautiful dress that is harmonica with everything that surrounds.

A sushi restaurant where you catch your own fish!
In this video more than anything we see as (Chika with his friend Hiro). In Shinjuku, they go to a very peculiar restaurant, since in it we can fish our own fish and make sushi.
Tumblr media
At the beginning (Chika) is very excited and tells us that he saw the restaurant on TV, tells us that the restaurant is an izakaya which is a restaurant with more food. The peculiarity of this restaurant other than that you can fish, is that the citio of the tables is shaped like a boat, and around this is the fishing zone.
It is curious that you have to fish so that later with the fish, you choose the dish that they prepare with him They fish with a bait shrimp, and commented that you have to be very patient and you are interested in this subject, as it can be delayed.
Tumblr media
Seriously you must have a lot of patience and will and not be very hungry right now, you can be delayed!!!
Fortunately (Chika) after much trying to get to catch a "shark", or rather a large fish, and with that they gave them discount, since it is difficult to catch a fish of that size

Valentine's Day in Japan - Why the girls do the giving.
In this video (Chika) Japanagos, explains how Valentine's Day in Japan is different.
At the beginning, he explains that the tradition of Valentine in Japan was due to a chocolate in 1930, and as early as 1950 the other companies started inviting the public to buy chocolates for their relatives, but officially started with a chocolate fair in 1960.
One of the big differences is that in Japan the girls give chocolates to the boys as a confection of love, this is due to the fact that in the beginnings of San Valetín in Japan, was the second feminist movement and with this the women began to have the initiative to give chocolates to the boys.
Tumblr media
This does not imply that women are desperate, nowadays they follow the chocolate fairs, we did a Blog before a video that deals with this, reflects a little how disconform it is this day since it feels that only benefit the companies of chocolate.
Similarly, it says that in Japan you have different types of chocolates to give away, ie chocolates to declare or simply as a thank you to your boss or partner, just as chocolate is so important that giving chocolate to you is very important.
Tumblr media
Every day is more like his day of San Valetin to ours, but he says that his most romantic day for lovers is Christmas unlike us.
And in the end he says he would feel sorry for the Japanese men if there was Valentine's Day here as it would have a weight for several days where the woman is aware.

Cherry blossoms at night!
Hello, today I will talk about the video about the visit to Sakura Meguro River at night to see yozakura (cherry blossoms).
The truth is that the cherry trees in Japan are very famous because they are so characteristic that I put them as a cover.
Tumblr media
I like the video, because apart from that it looks very pretty, the night makes the rose from the trees much better than I thought, since I usually showed the cherry trees in the day, apart from the lanterns that accompany it They look pretty good.
Tumblr media
And as the Japanagos say, they respect the trees, there is no trash, they do not mistreat as it would normally happen here. Then they show us a typical sweet from Japan called -Sakuramochi- which is a rice pudding with a cherry leaf. And she says that every region of Japan has a way of doing it and she loves Kansai as well as she talks like a combination of salty with sweet, and compares it as if she were eating chips with strawberry milkshakes.
Tumblr media
And, well, to finish the truth is that yes I want to know and I want to go to Japan, it is a very interesting country for its culture. And see the cherry trees the truth as I photographed. I want to take photos.

Sapporo Beer & Lamb BBQ "Jingisukan" | Japan food  Video Opinion
The video itself speaks of a visit to Sapporo Beer Garden a very famous place where locals and visitors go, it is a restaurant that has a peculiar dish, where in a type of "frying" or "comal", the fat is poured in Butter shape, for me it looks like butter and then they put the vegetables and the meat still fresh
Tumblr media
The waitress tells them how the dish works, told them that the vegetable was first and then the meat, that the moment it starts to change color as much as the meat and vegetables, can start to eat, but Japanagos says that the smell is very rich and tells you when it's ready
Tumblr media
So it's great somehow, I usually do not like beer, she comments that she's not a fan of drinking, and I understand the excitement when she talks about a chocolate beer they have there. And to finish it makes me funny when they comment the cap of the lamb that has a waitress.

Awesome Japanese Chocolates! Video Opinion
My opinion for this video:
This video is the other focus in the culture of Japanese confectionery (Chocolate).
The video is very delicious, the chocolate is very interesting for the composition and form, He's too curious like the Japanese create the very much chocolate form, from hearts, to realistic cars y animals.
I really craved several chocolates from the video. I would feel love and hate because they look delicious, but I would hate to destroy the chocolate composition.
Tumblr media
But what I love and took my great admiration, is the part where the chocolates have the code to open applications (Computer geeks), Is a very very!!! GREAT!.
Those who loved their shape and look desirable because they are not very difficult to do, they are the children, because they are too KAWAI and round, or their designs are so childish that you want to eat them. Although being sincere would eat more those who have liquor or those that have the form of tools since it is interesting to say that you ate a tool of chocolate, something very little unusual
