I start tomorrow!
Today was Easter and it was fun actually :D
I ate a lot of delicious food and right now I feel ready to start my new challenge tomorrow.
I can do this! Here’s my motivation:
- A’s wedding in June - Trips to P in May, June and September - Project <3 - DRESSES - J’s trophy wife <3 - Less Pain - More Confidence

Goal weight: 65kg (as a starting goal)
Goals
20/4 fast with eating window between 16:00 and 20:00
Taking daily vitamins and supplements (calcium, magnesium, choline, 2x folic acid, collagen and added salt)
Daily exercise (Sydney cummings and maybe something light)

I need help
23.03.2021
I have been trying to do 75 hard but so far I am failing hard.
Today I want to talk with J to explain him how I am feeling lately and ask for his support to go back to my normal, happy and healthy self.
I will tell him the true about my last week even though that will make me feel super bad and embarrassed.
Tomorrow is a new day and I want to start my recovery.
You both like each other so I am sure he will support you.

I feel like I have done a great progess since 2014, but its has been better.
My current weight is 56kg , I believe.
So its nice right?

Weight Update 1#
After a terrible week I weighed myself and I could say the results were better that I was expecting :)
Right now my weight is 63,9 kg which means that I managed to maintain my weight which is pretty cool :D
Next week I will work hard because I dont want another week like this one. And as I said in my previous post I want to look nice in a dress!

This week was really hard to keep up with the meals :(
Because of school I wasnt able to have proper lunchs some days and I feel like this week was really really bad. That's why I usually cant never lose weight during school time...
Either way at least I am trying :) I will post my weight tomorrow, just wanted to do this update for now.
I hope at least I have managed to not gain some weight this week, I have a party next week and I want to look really good in a dress :D

My motivation diet and healthy eating is something I really want!
Here it is:

Super Junior M New Album!!!!! Its so good and so pretty, and I just have one kpop album right now so I guess that would be a great reward!!
My goal is to achieve 60kg.
I think I can do it! I just need a little motivation!

1st UPDATE
I have already started trying to eat healthy for some weeks now so I have already lose some weigh, not much though. I am tryng to make my meals with a 3 hours space between them, so I think its starting quite nice :)
Right now my weight is 64,3 kg
My height is 1,70
Lets keep ourselfs motivated for a good result in the end!

After being abstent from here almost a year I decided to come again to use this blog to help me improve my diet and to lose some weight!
