Boys over flowers

Geum Jan-Di is an ordinary girl whose family owns a dry cleaning store. She gets selected to Shinhwa High School (school which is attended by wealthiest families) as a scholarship student after saving a student of Shinhwa from committing suicide after being bullied by F4 gang ( Gu Jun-Pyo , Yoon Ji-hoo, So Yi-Jeong and Song Woo-bin). Jan-Di stands up to F4 and declares war against them for the first time in the history of Shinhwa High School. However she finds herself being terrorised by the F4 leader – Gu Jun-Pyo (Heir of Shinhwa Group). Although Jun-Pyo persists on bullying Jan-Di, he begins to find himself attracted to Jan-Di, but instead she shares a connection with silent and sensitive Ji-hoo (grandson of former Korean President and he saves Jan-Di many times when she is bullied). Ji-Hoo goes abroad to join his model girl-friend Min Seo-Hyun with the encouragement of Jan-Di, but realizes that he is loving Jan-Di. In the absence of Ji-Hoo, Jan-Di and Jun-Pyo grow closer. Jun-pyo openly proposes his love for Jan-Di in-front of the entire school.

Jan-Di realizes that Ji-Hoo is a close friend and she slowly begin to fall in love with Jun-pyo. Jun-pyo’s elder sister Gu Jun-Hee supports his relationship with Jan-Di. So Yi-Jeong a skilled potter who  becomes heir to Korea’s  largest art museum after his brother leaves the family. Woo-Bin is the heir of a successful construction company. Both Yi-Jeong and Woo-Bin be friends with Jan-Di and becomes caring and protective towards her.

After break-up with Min Seo-Hyun , Ji-Hoo returns to Korea and prepared to show feelings for Jan-Di. But he hides his feelings when he finds out that his friend (Jun-Pyo) and Jan-Di are in relationship.

Jun-Pyo’s mother, a cruel and selfish businesswomen, who is also a president of Shinhwa group, disapproves Jan-Di as her background is low and tries to split them by proposing Jun-Pyo and Ha Jae-Kyung engagement. However Ha Jae-Kyung realizes that Jun-Pyo and Jan-Di are destined to be together, she call off her marriage with Jun-Pyo. It ends with Jun-pyo proposing to Jan-Di in-front of his friends (F4 members).
