Pearl meets Ben ♡

I almost forgot to post about this, but lemme tell you how I met Ben.

After the mistakes I've done in CEU, I had to transfer to a new university and that is Central Colleges of the Philippines. Everything was so erm... underwhelming. The school's tuition fees was so EXPENSIVE and 80% of the rooms doesn't have air-conditioning that time. It was during summer and the windows are opened in the classroom. I've never thought that this school would be so run downed, the intense summer heat was killing me. 😥

So back to the story... (Just felt like I should tell a story about how memorable our school was lol) Ben and I are both transferees, he just came a bit early that me. He came from known universities and ended up in CCP as well. We share the same hobbies; gaming, mangas, and animes. Our relationship didn't click that much upon meeting since I didn't like his taste. But after a while, after having a bunch of same classes together we actually became really close and started hanging out even during breaks.

From close friends to lovers. I love this guy so much. And we love our baby so so much more. So yeah, that's the end of the story! Thanks for reading~!

Happy Halloween!

So here's my childbirth story ya'll.

I went to the hospital for my scheduled check up. I was really happy that day because we just finished taking the swab test (due to covid19) so we are almost done with the requirements needed for the delivery.

I was about 2-3 weeks before my due date. I was okay but I felt that my tummy is getting heavier and the braxton hicks (contractions that are false labor pain) are getting intense. So after doing the internal exam, the doctor told me that my cervix is already 2 cm and my blood pressure was really high!! (i forgot how high sorry) So the doctor advised me to get ready for emergency cesarean section...

After all the preparation, I was sent to the labor room. I was in labor for about 12 hours (unsure) My baby's heartbeat was getting low and she still doesn't want to go out. I only felt some pain similar to menstrual cramps. So after securing my blood pressure and seeing that my baby is getting weaker I was sent to the operating room.

Before the operation, the anesthesiologist explained everything to me and injected me down the spine. I couldn't remember what happened next, but I woke up during the operation. I kept on telling the doctor that its hard to breath and slept again. I woke up and the operation was done, I was transferred to the recovery room. My head hurts so bad and I couldn't move. Tbh, I felt really scared because nobody told me that it was all normal, really thought I was dying lol.

So I was sent back to my room and this was the first picture that my hubby sent to our family. Felt really woozy here because of the anesthesia, everything made me dizzy.

Ben saw the baby first. I saw Mirai after a few hours and felt so happy. We immediately breastfed her because she was so hungry. She was an angel, I fell in love at first sight. I still can't believe she came out of me. 😭

So yeah, I'm going to finish the story here. Didn't imagine that it will be this long.

Trivia

My baby's almost name was supposed to be Isabella Patricia so that her nickname will be BELLATRIX. It was because I really really like using the star's name. Unfortunately, hubby didn't like that at all. Lol.

We ended up giving her ISABELLA MIRAI. Before getting pregnant I got addicted to this anime called Mirai no Mirai and Mirai means "future" in japanese. While Bella means "beautiful" in Italian. So she is our beautiful future. 🌟❤️
