Cooked brown rice or quinoa, for serving
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
Place the shrimp in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the marinated shrimp on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
In the same bowl, add the broccoli florets and toss with the remaining marinade until evenly coated.
Spread the broccoli out on the other side of the baking sheet.
Season both the shrimp and broccoli with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the broccoli is tender and slightly charred around the edges.
