10 Habits of the most successful Entrepreneurs
When it comes to Entrepreneurship we know it’s not at all a cake walk. It takes years for a brand to build. As it is said “Rome was not built in a day”, an entrepreneur works really hard. He manages so many tasks simultaneously. But every entrepreneur is different, they have different work cultures, different lifestyle, the different type of team, friends and so on. But research observed some common traits of most successful entrepreneur around the globe. Yes, there are certain habits of successful people that you can inherit while you are climbing the ladder of success. So what are you waiting for? Come with us, read it today and adapt it tomorrow. *wink*
1. They are always looking for inspiration and ideas:
I’ve come across many entrepreneurs in person and one thing I’ve observed is they socialize not just with businessmen or fellow entrepreneurs but also with students and the youth because they believe there is an ocean of ideas in their mind just waiting for someone to dive in. And no one wants to leave a chance like this right?
2. They are an early riser:
I know you’ll hate this and I know your parents keep telling you to wake up early and you keep saying that you are a night owl. But believe me rising early is in the checklist of 9 out of 10 entrepreneurs. And the hours before everyone gets up has proved to be the most productive time for them.
3. They read, they read a lot:
Reading books open up your mind and it seems that Entrepreneurs knows this. Almost, every entrepreneur I’ve come across is a reader. They at least spend 30mins of their day in reading. It could be a self-help book, inspirational biographies or even a fiction novel.
4. Exercise and proper meal are must:
We know when you are working, skipping a meal becomes common. But the thing is you have no clue how adverse effect it has on you. Skipping a meal is strict NO and a healthy breakfast is a big YES not only for entrepreneurs but for every healthy people.
5. They plan and write it down:
A written proof always has a more impact than oral communication. So when you write down your thought it becomes a mission and you have an 80% chance to accomplish it compared to something that you thought you will do.
6. They think big:
When I say think big, it’s not at all thinking to become the next millionaire. It’s looking at the bigger and brighter side of the journey. There are many entrepreneurs who left their 9 to 5 job to work on their ideas. So sometimes to gain something, you have to lose something too.
7. Time is money:
Entrepreneurs generally don’t spend their nights’ binge-watching or playing PUBG at the office even though they can, they don’t, because they know they’ll not get that time back and they have to use it constructively.
8. They are a keeper:
Every entrepreneur has a team proving him that they got his back. But as an entrepreneur, you need to be their mentor, their leader, a motivator. Shouting them and firing them at some small mistake is a serious NO. A successful entrepreneur treats his team members as a family, even he never calls them an employee. He motivates them and celebrates every small success with them.
9. They analyze, observe and learn:
We all do mistakes, it’s a common human tendency but a successful entrepreneur learns from their own mistakes and even the mistakes of others. Correcting mistakes creates a great impact on a business.
10. They believe in themselves:
If you are an entrepreneur you know how difficult it is to explain people your vision. This world is always ready to mock you down in several different ways. You have to face the storm alone, so it’s mandatory that you believe in yourself. You keep yourself grounded and not let anyone else’s thought affect your vision. Listen to all but do what you truly feel like.
At last, we would just like to say entrepreneurship is a tiring job you are always working and sometimes the result is not as expected but keep going until you find the destination and the road you love. These were some points that we feel you can adapt in your routine and behavior, we definitely don’t guarantee success with this but we guarantee that you’ll become a better version of yourself.

Time management tips to use your time effectively
Do you often review your day and think why you got no time to do a number of tasks? We all have 24 hours, right? But do you use all this time effectively? You get less sleep every day still you have a list of pending tasks! On the other side, your friend/colleague or boss are using the time so effectively and doing so many tasks every day. It could be their speed but majorly it’s about how they manage their time.
But not to worry we have some tips for you through which you can manage your time effectively and be more productive.
1. Schedule your day:
Spend 15mins of your morning in scheduling your day. Schedule everything, make a to-do list for the day and prioritize your task. Make sure you stick to the plan and take some small gaps while working for long hours. At the end of your day when you are ready to sleep, review your day. Figure out the mistakes you did and make sure not to make it the next day.
2. Follow the MIT rule:
MIT stands for Most Important Task, the rule says you should complete the most important and difficult task first. It lightens the burden and gives you the motivation that the major work of the day is already done. So while you are scheduling your task you know what to keep on top right?
3. Avoid Social media:
Have you ever calculated how much time you spend on social media? Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Youtube all these apps are just killing your time. You can use this to deviate your mind but if you are using it more than 2hours a day, then you are definitely killing your time.
4. Say No:
There are times when people ask for help or an outing sparing some time from your schedule is difficult, but you can’t say no and end up wasting a lot of time. But if you need to use your time effectively you need to learn how to say no. You might look selfish but believe me, at the end of the day everyone is selfish and you too need to learn this. You can just politely say them, “I’m sorry but today I’m busy with some work maybe, we can do this another day.”
5. Be productive while you are waiting:
We all hate waiting, right? But sometimes you just don’t have any other option to be productive as much as you can. Choose what you need to do at this time. Maybe replying to some e-mails, or watching TEDx video for some motivation or reading a book. Choose what works best for you and just go for it. Use every minute of the day effectively.
6. Similar task? Plan it at the same time!
While you are scheduling your task, make sure you schedule all your task at the same time, this reduces a lot of time because when you are working in a flow you tend to work fast and save much time.
7. Wake up early:
Okay, we know you hate this and you are already tired of this advice. But waking up early has a lot of benefits, first, you can start your day on time and you’ll have a lot of extra time compared to a person who gets up late. You can exercise or go for an early walk to get some fresh air and believe me you’ll have the best time of the day.
8. Don’t procrastinate:
Sometimes we just keep procrastinating things until they come at our head. You might get some free time while you procrastinate your task to tomorrow, and from tomorrow today after tomorrow and so on, but at some point, they will be like a knife trying to kill your time. So if a task is on your list make sure you complete it before the day ends.
9. Never forget your ultimate goal:
We all have an ultimate goal it’s like a fuel that keeps us going. So make sure that you think about it every day, think why are you working so hard today, why this time is important for you and keep going!!
So, guys, these were some tips that we have for you. But keep in mind no matter what you do enjoy every minute of your work. Be productive, use your time more effectively and stay calm in all adverse situation.

6 Things all young, first-time entrepreneurs must know before they start a business
Starting your own business comes with thousands of hurdles, which you need to pass in order to become a successful entrepreneur. Firstly, it takes courage, a lot of courage to ditch your job which gives you a stable income to start something on your own. Once you get that courage then you can consider that you’ve walked 40% of your journey.
But still, there are a lot of things you need to remember while you are starting with your new venture, and believe me here we got you covered!
1. Make sure you figure out the idea first:
First thing first you should be clear about your idea. You can keep on making the necessary and beneficial changes but the basic idea must be the same. Also, you need to look if your product or services are solving any existing problem on not. If not then they must be loved. So your products must be either necessary or loved
2. Build a dream team:
While you are starting with your own venture, building a team is a major concern. Often people search for a person who can handle almost all responsibilities but it gets really difficult to find someone like that, or even if you find someone like that then probably they’ll go out of your budget. So you need to find someone who can connect with your idea easily and will work really hard to establish your business. They might not have adequate skills like you but you need to train them instead of doing all the work by yourself.
3. Learn to take risks:
When it comes to business, you can’t survive in the market without taking the risk. So you need to carry the courage of taking the risk, you’ll face many situations where you would want to play safe, in fact, there is nothing wrong in playing safe but in order to grow, you’ll need to take some risks.
4. Look at your business as an outside investor:
When you are starting up with your venture look at it as an investor who has money to invest but very less time. Think if you were an investor, would you invest in this business, and if you did what outcomes will you get, does your pitch sound interesting enough? Be honest with yourself while answering these questions.
5. There will be lots of people to pull you down:
When it comes to business, you just need to know this, hurdles does not end. Everyone will try to mock you, to pull you down, you’ll find very fewer people who would actually give you good pieces of advice. So it’s better to be prepared for this, and don’t let any bad vibes influence you.
6. Learn to say no:
As an entrepreneur, you’ll be a center of attraction for many people. As a result, you’ll receive a lot of requests and a lot of people will ask you for a favor. But you need to understand that your time is very precious you can’t waste it. So in order to be efficient, you’ll need to learn to say a simple NO.
So these were some points from our side for all young first-time entrepreneur, just to tell you things will not be smooth always sometimes, you’ll feel like drowning but don’t worry wear a life jacket before taking a dive and you’ll be fine. You’ll face challenges but at the end of the tunnel, there is bright light waiting for you. So get up make up your mind and start with the work that you always wanted to do.

How to be more innovative
We often look at successful people, the people who are a part of changing our world and wonder about their achievement, their net worth and so on. But we don’t usually think about the thought process that was behind their success, backing them up. You might have read many articles about why you need to be innovative, but not how you can actually be.
The power of innovation usually comes from within, but the monotonous job that we do every day tends to kill our ability to think and to be more innovative. There is no magic recipe to make a person innovative, but surely there are some tricks that can help you to open the gates of your mind.
The more you clear your vision the more innovative you can get.
1. Believe in your ideas, no matter how crazy it is:
We think of many ideas daily but usually we ignore it, it may be the fear of being judged by others, or you might think that idea is already executed, or it has no future. Al you need to do is erase all these thoughts, believe in yourself and believe in your inner instinct.
2. Think, think, think:
Thinking is the one thing that is the key to being innovative, the more you get indulged in your thoughts the more ideas you can get. Now you can use almost all daily and necessary activities as your thinking time, be it morning walk, lunch, or even a bath. You can think and create more ideas.
3. Solve more problems and search for a perfect solution:
If you need to open your mind then there is only one way, solve as many problems as you can, by problems I don’t mean some math problem or so. But the practical problem, if you are not facing it in real life then create it in your head. Wonder if you get stuck in this XYZ situation what would you do, how would you tackle it.

4. Think of at least 10 ideas every day:
Imagine if you think at least 10 business ideas every day, then in a year you’ll have 3600 ideas, and even if 10 among these ideas are executable, then at least you can gain profit from 5 of them. Plus you’ll be a man with a lot of ideas, this will help you a lot in the near future, because you’ll know if your ideas are worth all the efforts.
5. Ask questions:
When you have an idea ask yourself several questions,
· Will these services help society?
· Will it solve any problem that people are facing right now?
· Will the outcome of all the efforts will be worth it?
When you ask yourself these questions, you filter your ideas, if you get a no as an answer to any of these questions, you know that your idea is not worth it. You just need to focus on some other ideas.
6. Surround yourself with positive people:
Surrounding yourself with like-minded people put a positive effect on your brain. The more you spend time with positive people the more likely you are to think positively. And a positive mind gives the best ideas. Also, when you are in a positive state of mind, you’ll be happy. And happiness is the most basic step of being innovative.
So these were some basic tricks from our side to you. Remember, innovation comes from within don’t force yourself too much, follow these steps, let your mind be at ease and then see.
Remember you can be innovative, you can be another Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, you can be anything you dream of. You are just an idea away!!

Entrepreneur, or more than it.
Entrepreneur
A person(Entrepreneur) who ditch the 9 to 5 job to start his own company. To work on his own terms with a motive to make people’s life easy. It may sound easy, but the reality is totally different. Taking a step towards entrepreneurship is the hardest step, it takes a lot of courage, financial risk, and full planning.
While many people think of the short term goal, mostly the focus goes on day to day survival and to achieve a good reputation. But many times entrepreneur don’t consider themselves as family business owners, but what most of them don’t know is how this small change in their mindset can bring positive effects on their business.
So now, if your business meets the following criteria then you can start considering it as a family business and start planning.
1. The Definition:
According to International Finance Corporation a family business is a company where the voting majority is in the hands of the controlling family; including the founder(s) who intend to pass the business on to their descendants.
Now if your business meets this simple definition then you can start calling it as a family business and train your kids too!
2. What is your mindset?
No matter your business meets the definition or not the next thing that comes is what is your mindset? If you are the only one having control on your business then you need to ask yourself some questions. How long you are going to stick with this business. If your goal is short term, then you can consider yourself as an entrepreneur, and work on getting a good profit from your service or product in less time.
But if you are going to devote your life and wish to see the business reach the heights even after you are no more then you are definitely more than an entrepreneur and you can start planning to turn your dreams into reality.
3. Who do you trust?
If you are not sure about being here for short term or long term than you can consider thinking if you rely on your family members for help in business, it could be in terms of financial support or having their support as an adviser, partners, employees and so on.
If this is the case with you then your family is already involved in your business and most likely the trust-able and active person in your family will increase your business for you even after you are not there.
So now if all these criteria gives you a positive signal then it’s time to start planning and working. Nothing comes handy, when you are planning so big. Many times people think doing the same thing every day might assure the future success, but it’s not true. You need to modify your product services according to the need and always think one step ahead.
It takes potential planning to run a business for long term basis. And most importantly acting actively on that planning is the key. You might plan big but everything will fail if you don’t act accordingly.
So it’s time for you to change your world, work hard and see your vision turn into reality.

Apart from this, on September 10, 2018, Jack Ma gave everyone a shock when he announced to retire from Ali Baba. He resigned from the position of CEO to pursue his interest in educational fields. Though it left everyone in shock but deep down everyone had a clue that Jack Ma loved teaching and he wanted to focus on philanthropy, he is the founder of Jack Ma foundation, it is an organization which focuses on improving education, environment and public health.
Jack Ma’s early life:
Ma was born in Hangzhou, Located in the southeastern part of China.Jack Ma had an elder brother and a younger sister, they grew up during the time of communist China and it’s isolation from the western region. Right from the start, when Jack Ma was small, he wanted to learn English, so he would travel 70 miles in his bicycle to give free tourist tours of the area in English, and he did this for nine long years. And one day he became friend with a foreigner who named him Jack because his original name was difficult to pronounce.
Getting into college was also not a smooth ride for Jack Ma. He took four years to pass the Chinese entrance exam. He attended Hangzhou Teacher’s Institute and graduated in 1988 with a B.A in English.
His Journey:
Nothing was served to Jack Ma easily, he faced rejections for a continuous long time. In 1995 he went to the US, for some project, where his friend introduced him to the internet. Back then the internet was not a familiar thing at China. The first thing Jack Ma searched was ‘Beer’ he found many results from different countries but none of them was from China. He then searched for China and was surprised to find no information there. That was the time when he decided to create a website for China, he took help from his friend and created the website. And after a few hours of the launch of the website, he started to get calls from the Chinese investors. Then he started to create more websites for Chinese companies with the help of his U.S friends. From 1998 to 1999, Jack Ma headed an I.T company established by the China International Electronic Commerce Center, a department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
In 1999 he decided to quit and returned to Hangzhou with his team to start an E-commerce portal. Initially, he started it from an apartment with a group of 18 friends and had no single penny from any outside investors but later they managed to raise $20 Million from SoftBank and another $5 Million from Goldman Sachs.
Also, all this was not easy, the main issue they faced was to build trust among people that online system of payment is safe and the goodies they order will be delivered to them safely.
But today Ali Baba is the biggest E-commerce portal, the company provides consumer-to-consumer(C2C), business-to-consumer(B2C) and business-to-business(B2B) sale services via a web portal. It operates a tremendous variety of businesses around the world and falls under the Forbes list of World’s most admired companies.
Through Ali Baba, Jack Ma bought a massive change. He proved to stand out you need to take a road less traveled and walk a million miles to finally reach a point of success. Nothing comes easy for sure, but if he can do it so can you. Just believe in your work.

6 Ways To Stay Productive on the Road as An Entrepreneur
If you are an entrepreneur, we know that traveling is your one friend that is annoying but you love him anyway. You can’t leave him even if you want to. Today you have an investor meeting at Mumbai and tomorrow at Bangalore and the next day you have a business trip to the U.S.A. And now you expect to be productive all the time. It’s difficult, right? But with the new age of technology, nothing is impossible. So here are the productivity tips for entrepreneurs out there to stay productive while they are on the road.
1. Invest on a good phone, with a great battery backup:
So you might be focused to purchase a good laptop or maybe a Macbook, but believe me, a good phone is all you need. Be it banking related problems or online meetings through Skype almost everything can be done through your phone. So now whenever you are purchasing a new phone go through all features carefully, storage, RAM, camera prioritize your needs and choose from all the available options.
2. Believe in your team and train them well:
So when you are on road there are tasks that you need to leave to your team. You can’t be everywhere solving every problem and cracking every deal. So, when you are not on the road, invest your time in training them so that it could give beneficial results to you later. Don’t shout them at their mistakes but teach them well, because here is the thing if you be impatient with them they would always wait for your approval to proceed and it could slow down some process.
3. Plan everything and be ready for some extra time:
Sometimes your flight gets delayed and you end up having a lot of free time. So be ready, make a task list and start working. But be careful these are the times when you are not 100% focused so take some less important or easy task. Like replying to all emails, or taking updates from your team it could be anything but the thing is you should have a list of these tasks.
4. Take some me time:
We always have some of our favorite things in our mind that we want to do. Like reading your favorite novel, watching the next episode of Game of Thrones before anyone gives the spoiler or re-watching the favorite F.R.I.E.N.D.S episode or even writing your next blog. When you are on the flight or on a train with no network it’s the best time to use it as a ‘Me time’. But remember to save it offline.
5. Try spending some quality time with your team members:
There are times when you are traveling with your team. And as an entrepreneur, you are usually busy with so many things that you don’t consider talking to your team apart from the meeting or a business deal, but you can use this time to talk. To ask them how they are doing? Are they happy with the work or how are things at their place? You know you are ideal for them and spending quality time with them can create a great impact on their life plus on your business.
6. Watch what you eat:
This could not be a right tip to stay productive on the road but believe me it’s definitely the best tip to stay healthy on the road and even afterward. There are some people who like eating a lot while traveling or just can’t say no to free breakfast/lunch/dinner at the flight but a free meal can sometimes cost you a lot. So just watch what you are eating and if it suits your stomach. Drink a lot of water, airports washrooms are quite cool actually 😛
So guys, in the end, I just want to say don’t worry too much. You are productive all the time so while traveling take some time for yourself too. Just watch the clouds or count the trees whatever mode you are using at least spare some time for yourself and your mental health. But you can’t do this all the time so if you are a frequent traveler then follow these steps to stay productive. And stay happy, stay healthy. Happy traveling J
