So, been a while, and brought an updated design.

For those who don't know who this is or don't remember, this is Juilanne, a ghost I have for a story I am making for a LONG. I have made some changes to her that I feel very proud of. (Such as making the dress look like a bellflower since her middle name is "Bell")

For those curious about what the story is about. The barebone idea is that it's about a detective who can communicate with the dead.
