Replica. An exact copy or model of something, especially one on a smaller scale.
The Dark Replica, self-titled, is one such copy.
In the universe he exists in, The Dark Lord had prepared for their death, building a machine called the Flactery (Flash + Phylactery <3), and preloading his data into such a machine. This machine would, upon his death, print an exact copy! Useful!
... After Showdown, The Chosen One discovers the machine, and the facility, and shuts down the building's power, putting the print on pause. His reasoning? Unknown for the time being.
2 months pass, and 2 of my friend's characters (Flix belonging to @raptorlucid and Sapphire belonging to @reachbluesky) end up discovering this location. They turn on the power, and the printer, having been stopped for 2 months, dumps the previously started cycle, displaying all its logs and print errors, before continuing to print The Dark Lord.
This 'dump cycle', filename waste_mtrl.fla, is what become Replica. They exist with a sparse few memories of the person they were meant to be (The Dark Lord), broken coding (their mission is only to destroy, now), and a whole heap of functional problems and existential crisis.
Their main abilities are, well... Replicating. Being made entirely of live print material, they passively copy the code of others around them, and learn how to use those abilities through observation- it's how they got the horns and tail! Copied from Flix. :]
Anyways this is my autism creature. He's incredibly gay and he believes he has to destroy the world because what else does he exist for. Everything has to go including him.

Hello everyone! I don’t usually post big lore dumps but due to some rising interest in Soulbound lately I’ve written out a big lore summary for Dragonblood and what’s going on with her! This is sorta a counterpart to mata’s summary on Laz and Tripp’s story, and this doesn’t go into what goes on with Trist, Val, or Shii! So, if you see their name mentioned, there it is! This also includes my friend otter’s character, the Weave!
Anyway, have fun reading, it’s quite a bit!
The soul that eventually came to be known as The Warrior of Dragonblood and Steel, or Dragonblood as a shorter nickname, was originally a very, very old and powerful dragon, her name lost to time. One of the first, and one of the first amongst them that was extremely sensitive to the leylines of magic. Along with her sibling, they lived peaceful lives as the world slowly developed around them. While her sibling left to go study the magic of the world and teach the other walks of life the different elemental schools, Dragonblood spent her time messing with people. She used very fine-tuned manipulation over shadow to frighten travelers, create grand shadowpuppet shows for friends, or terrify villages by blanketing them in darkness for fun. Unfortunately, her reputation and, despite her abilities, refusal to stay hidden eventually caused her downfall.
While resting after an outing, the warriors of the Shield arrived. While their leader conversed with her, the rest set up a trap around her, blinding her with light and binding her in chains. There, the dragon was dragged to their city in the sky to be forced into servitude. She was not their first attempt at creating a dragonsteel warrior, but she was the first, and last, successful one. Using the poorly understood arts of soul binding, dragonsteel, and the much better known arcane wards, they forced her into a shape that was not her own, sealed in metal made through her own fire. This torturous procedure broke her. This suit of armor was drenched in wards, locks, and magical emblems, and in their hubris, they corrupted soul magic as a concept, causing the elementals that once upheld it to go mad. Forced to feed off magic to survive and replenish these arcane locks, she could absorb any fireball or magic bolt, make plants wither if they came to restrain her, and create deadzones of magic where the leylines would never recover. The dragonsteel prevented traditional weaponry from hurting her, deflecting or breaking any normal sword or axe, and causing magical ones to chip or bounce. However, the unending rage and anguish she felt permeated every part of her. They couldn't seal the entirety of her mind, and while it was severely broken and twisted from what they did, all her thoughts were focused on one thing: Revenge.
She broke her chains, their magic weakening and faltering through her active consumption of its bonds. She attacked her creators, very nearly destroying their city at first, but being cast down to the earth, landing in an empty desert. With the target of her anger floating safely above her head and no way to reach them again, she turned her gaze to the rest of the world. She would find a way back up there, even if it took burning everything else to do so.
There, her warpath began. She tore through villages, towns, cities, kingdoms. Anyone that was unfortunate enough to be in her way was destroyed, quickly and easily. The first of the great kingdoms to fall, the Nihil of the caves, they themselves built within a ruin of a civilization from long before, were no match for her. They knew magic and lacked much defense. In her pursuit here, she acquired the weapons she would use for the rest of her conquest. A greatsword as tall as she was made of dragonsteel, and an axe reinforced with a blackened metal from the dimension of fire. Her personal war continued, leading to the destruction of many small kingdoms after the fall of the Nihil.
One of such kingdoms was the land Laz and Tripp ruled over. Baited into their territory by some soldiers of the Shield, she clashed with Laz. Over and over they fought, and while he died many times, she always retreated due to their battles dragging on so long that the magic in the areas they fought were depleted, leaving her starving. After one such battle, she found a compass amongst his belongings. It wasn't long until she figured out what it was for.
Tracking down Tripp, seeking to sever the source of Laz's power, she destroyed their little village and sat amongst the wreckage, waiting for Laz to come. However, upon seeing how he treated his conduit, some of the poorly maintained seals and wardens began to show their faults. While it didn't stop her pursuit in killing him, the failure let him have the opportunity to cause irrepairable damage, blinding her on one side entirely. She fled, leaving her sword behind by accident, moving onwards towards her goal.
Severely weakened by the injury that wasn't being treated and exhaustion over years of conflict, she descended into the sea to destroy the Operators, succesfully destroying their civilization and discovering a path to the stars. A path to the Shield. Ascending again to their floating city, her apotheosis was heralded with fire. Once and for all, she destroyed her creator, and their city, causing it to crumble and fall. It was around this time that the Forge also fell, not out of her direct actions, but from the lack of trade coming in from the other kingdoms.
Falling to the earth once more, Dragonblood picked herself up, her gaze on one last target of revenge. Her sibling. They had since taken the position of the Weave, the foremost expert on magic and believed to be the living embodiment of it. She felt hatred towards her once loved sibling, who did nothing as she was tortured, left to rot amongst battlefields and wastelands. With her action of killing them, magic itself was permanently wounded forever.
However, this is where the Warrior of Dragonblood and Steel was finally sealed away. The disciples of the Weave took the opportunity to throw the weakened soldier through a gate to another dimension; the End. A place of alien magic and corrupted leylines that she could not feed off of. Believing the threat to be dealt with once and for all, the gate was closed, and Dragonblood fell into a fuel-less slumber within the alien world.
