FINALE - almost feels too good to be true - Rodrigo

At Final 5 Rachael was vote out 3-2 over Nikias

At Final 4 there was a tie between Nikias and Rodrigo. Rodrigo beat Nikias in the firemaking challenge, securing his spot in the final 3 with Abrielle and Aly.

In the end, Rodrigo was crowned the winner in a 6-3-1 vote over Abrielle and Aly.

Episode 13 - Much more messy and not nearly as smart - Rodrigo

Zac voted out 4-2-1 over Aly and Abrielle

I think the issue with my game at the moment was that me and Olivia were kind of driving too much and I think that's what ended up butting us in the ass. Episode 12 - You Should Not Have Been Throwing My Name Out - Zac

With numbers dwindling, the votes are getting more intense. Nikias wins immunity and a plan is set into motion to blindside Olivia, who is viewed as one of the strongest players left. At tribal council, Abrielle plays her voting coin advantage but it fails. She pulls out her vote steal advantage as well, using Nikias’ vote to put a vote on Aly. Only Aly remained loyal to Olivia and Olivia was voted out 4-2-1 over Abrielle and Aly.

Episode 11 - i am working with too many people - Nikias

Josh was voted out 6-1-1 over Zac and Rodrigo

Episode 10 - So this comp was essentially “get on call and strip for JJ - Olivia

After tribal the players worked together to solve the “Letter Twist”. However, Abrielle snuck in with the letters posted in the tribe chat and found the advantage, giving her the ability to undergo a trial to bring back a previously voted out player. Emma wins reward and shares with Josh and Rachael. Abrielle won the immunity challenge requiring players to dress up in as many clothing items as possible however, Abrielle’s name was thrown out prior to the results, leaving some players frustrated they couldn’t take her out. The target switches from Abrielle to Emma, being viewed as a very strong player with a lot of bonds. Meanwhile, Rodrigo’s name has come up as another option.  

In the end, Emma was voted out 7-2 over Rodrigo

“That's usually the weakest part about my game in general, usually things are going too well that I can't even believe it which is kind of hard to deal with, it gives me a ton of Anxiety and a lot of paranoia. Episode 9 - I’m Wearing a Hat - Zac

A pretty quiet time for everyone. Cori was asking people to vote her out of the game, but ended up winning immunity. She gave immunity away to Josh and was voted out unanimously.

Rodrigo: Is the worshippers twist now in play every single round?

Rodrigo: Y'all are so fucking annoying I swear.

“heres the THING. I am thirsty for power. I dont wanna sound like a gamebot but I have to start playing the game for real if I wanna have a shot. I need to have power in this game. I was doing so well early merge, I very much controlled the first few votes until the swap and then my game kind of fell apart and I just went with what the others said. now I need to regain that control of the game. and honestly I have my sights on Emma. Emma is DANGEROUS. She is a strategic powerhouse and I feel the more she survives, the more control over the game she will have. So I lowkey need her to be gone and my way of hopefully doing it is leaking her plan to Nikias cuz think about it, me, Josh and Rach will vote together. Then we can pull in Abrielle. and if Nikias wasnt aware of this plan, if we pull in Nikias, Aly comes along. thats a 6. and thats majority. all of this unless Cori gives away her immunity, then I'd vote Cori of course. but my point is my strategy is cause havok and try to make it spin in my favor”

Episode 8 - I Don’t Wanna Get Blindsided - Aly

Crazy scrambling. There was disbelief that Adam still had an idol and attempts to flush it by voting for Josh. Cori was also a target for being inactive. At tribal, the worshiper twist came into play. Olivia had the most worshipers and received individual immunity. Rachael received an extra vote. Zac received the ability to block two votes on the person of his choice. On the other hand, Emma’s vote was randomized, Adam was ineligible to be revived and Aly received two penalty votes. Survivors were given a few minutes to adjust their votes. Aly told Adam she received two penalty votes, thinking she could trust him. However he immediately ran to Josh and Rodrigo with the info, and the three of them switched their votes to Aly, hoping her two penalty votes were enough. However, because of Rachael’s extra vote and Cori self voting, Adam was voted out 6-5-1-1-1, with Emma’s vote falling on Nikias, and Aly voting for Josh.

*Note there was an initial miscount of the votes which had Aly being eliminated from the game. But upon realizing their mistake, the hosts brought Aly back and eliminated Adam.

“Lordt Emma fucked me over with this reward. Her and Nikias are my main two allies and people are gonna connect the dots and see us as a trio even if they don’t see it that way. She 100% should’ve given it to Rachael”

“Ahhh the only that i would ever try to do against Olivia is to try and convince her to use my fake idol instead of me, so someone could potentially be bitter at her and not me in the end. I know i wanna sit with her in the end and she is my ride or die and i wouldn't dare writing her name down. However i have to make sure that I can create the best odds for me to able to have a better case than her in the end, if we make it to the end! but I am not gonna push it too hard, it's not that big of a deal anuway. I just wanna find a way to use this advantage with out making someone angry. Last time i went to a FTC, even though I recieve zero votes the whole game and i was working all sites, making moves and people were so bitter at me that they didn't even ask me questions. This can't happen this time!”

Episode 7 - 🧐 - Olivia

With murmurs of a possible merge approaching, the tribes were surprised to find themselves in a live challenge for individual immunity, requiring them to balance on one leg. Both tribes would be heading to tribal council separately. At Hiroku, the challenge came down to a fierce battle between Cori and Emma, but at the 15 minute mark, Emma dropped and Cori won individual immunity. Awashima didn’t fare as well, with Zac and Nikias being the last two standing and Zac dropping at three minutes meant Nikias walked out with individual immunity around his neck. 

At the Awashima camp, the mood was still low, with Constance believing he was next to go and resigning to not attempt to save himself. The rest of the tribe wasn’t jumping at joy to vote him off however it did give them an easy out. Constance’s beliefs came true and he was voted off 4 - 1 against Zac. 

Over on the Hiroku tribe, scrambling began in full force and continued all the way until the very last second of voting. The OG Hiroku consisting of Olivia, Emma and Cori were determined to stay Hiroku strong. Vi and Olivia had developed a strong bond and Vi was all in on working with the OG Hiroku group. A plan was put into motion for Cori to give up her immunity to Emma, Olivia to play her individual immunity challenge and the four Awashima to vote for Cori. A split vote would mean one of the OG Awashima would need to flip the votes or go to rocks and lose one of their own. However, Josh made up a lie to his tribe, saying that Cori was going to give immunity to Emma. This turned out to be the truth unbeknownst to them. Word got back to the OG Hiroku through Vi that Cori had spilled the beans about their plan, even though that part was false. With the belief that Cori could not be trusted, Vi attempted to enlist Adam to vote off Josh. Meanwhile, Emma and Olivia worked on pulling in Rachael, trying to convince her that Josh was throwing her name out. That plan worked, and they managed to pull in Rachael. However, Adam ran to Josh and Rodrigo and told them Vi was flipping and they were voting for Josh. Adam gave his idol to Josh to play, and the three of them decided to play it safe and vote for Vi.

At tribal council, all the scrambling came to a head. Josh played Adam’s idol for himself, Olivia played her idol for herself. When the votes were read, much of the tribe was shocked to see Vi and Rachael’s names come up. Ultimately, Vi was voted off 3 - 4 - 1 against Josh’s negated 4 votes and the stray vote for Rachael.

“ OK SO THERES A LOT GOING ON. Basically it’s 3-5 we’re down and vi from the 5 is gonna flip with us so it’s 4-4 hopefully. Cori from our side has immunity but she’s gonna give it to em at tribal to throw them off and I’m gonna play my idol so em and I are both safe and then we’re gonna vote and it’s probably gonna be tied and then we’ll go to rocks and if we go to rocks cori will then be safe so we’ll all be safe I HOPE “

Episode 6 - Our Group Has Been in La La Land - Odd

The tribes were given a survivor unscramble challenge. Hiroku put in work in the challenge, including grabbing all of the available clues, in addition to the clue they won in the previous reward challenge. They squeaked out a win by one point, sending the Awashima tribe back to tribal council. Over on Awashima, the mood was pretty sombre, with them having to vote out an original Hiroku member: the first since Sam. Zac and Odd wanted to work together to vote off Constance, uncertain of his loyalty after voting for Odd at the previous tribal and seeing him as a threat down the line. Nikias, Abrielle, Aly and Constance however viewed Odd as the weakest member socially and were content with voting him out. Trouble struck at tribal when Odd made mention of playing an advantage during the questioning. Constance panicked and changed his vote at the last minute to Aly, trying to convince Zac to do the same. Odd did not have an idol and was voted out in a 3-2-1 vote against Constance and Aly.

Constance went on an Expedition and found Izanami’s sickle. He used this item to cut 2,000 of Aly’s worshipers.

“I am pretty sure Odd is lying about the idol already but I have to search into this more. If Odd has an idol that changes everything! Legit, i would be so happy.One thing that i learn from my past game experiences is that people don't give shit about pre-merge in the end. The only care about flashy move when you made the merge, and yeah i am not planning to rock the boat unless there is a way i can get away with murder and not have blood on my hands.  I was planning to try to save Odd but if he has an idol, i don't have to do anything. He can save himself and other i could try to make a plan to split the votes between him and Zac so Zac goes home or the biggest threat in the game Constance could go home. If Odd is lying to me, well buddy you dug your own grave, if you lying about it to me, there is no way i can trust you! I think playing all sites could bite me in the ass this round!“

“The truth is that Constance is one of my favorite people here but i have to say that he is not someone that i would never go to the end with, perception is reality and with Constance's gameplay even if i would go to the end with him the perception of the game would be that I was the sheep to him the whole game, I kind of wish Odd had the idol so he could blindside him with out me having blood on my hands but i don't have a choice here and not matter what someone is gonna get blindside tonight, i just hope it's not me. Constance is someone that i will have to get out later on anuway and the issue with that would be that i have work with people who try to run the game like Constance does and they are usually bitter with their jury votes so i may as well vote him out before he gets to the jury. It just hurts because i love him and I consider him a good friend but I in the past i have assume that friends are staying friends even if you blindside them but that's not the case many times and that's why i am gonna try to do what i consider would be best for my game and if that means i have to vote him out right now, I will!5:50pm ALY WTF ARE YOU DOING (flushed)(flushed)(flushed), you are not suppose to give someone clues if you are about to vote them outJune 15 11:12pm well i was hoping we would get merge and was about to bitch about it if we did not! but now that i am having immunitie while 2 people are going home? yeah i am fine.. i won't complain!“

Episode 5 - Tribal Lines Are Gonna Screw Everything Up - Josh

A tribe swap occurred which shook the game up a little bit.

Olivia, Emma and Cori became the minority on Hiroku against the OG Awashima Majority of Rodrigo, Rachael, Josh, Adam and Vi.

On NuAwashima, the OG Hiroku held a minority of Abrielle, Aly, Nikias, Zac, Constance and Odd with only Marc and Katie from OG Awashima.

Katie quit for personal reasons. Tribal was still on since she quit before results.

Marc was the sole Awashima. Most of the tribe wanted to remain Hiroku strong. However, Abrielle and Constance voted for Odd in case Marc pulled an idol, creating a rift in the tribe. 

Marc was voted out 4-3

“I am too drunk and now I will stop drinking for this challenge but shit when I am drunk I am too honest which at times is scary especially in a game like this. Sorry I am not too drunk I am just tipsy . Just though translation from Greek . I kind of wanna solidify a 4 with Constance, Abby and Aly. I know Constance and Aly know each other and i know Constance loves Aby so they would feel comfortable. Now i don't believe i am in danger at the moment but this is gonna be a messy tribe and i can see that we will attend a lot of tribals so i think it would be in my best benefit to solidify a potential for this time around. Also i love some drama, legit we haven't had any til now”

Vi- absolute love of my life I would die for her and I hope we stick together (I would do anything to make that happen). I did worry about not telling nikias I know her but I would die for either of them and I hope he wouldn’t be mad like he’s become such a dear friend of mine like I love him sm.

Adam- hasn’t talked to me much, I know he has the idol. Seemed to have some sorta beef with Rachael and if I can I’ll use that to my advantage

Rachael- we already decided to host a season together soooo that’s goin well 😂 I know she’s friends with Abby (which conveniently neither of them have brought up) so I could target Rachael to isolate Abby?

Josh- we just had a really nice phone call. He seems like a gamebot? But I get the feeling I’d much rather have him on myself than against me. He emphasized not wanting to keep tribal lines and if we went to tribal he was very up in the air about it so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯He’s the first person I revealed to that I know Katie and I was anxious to be playing with her again and I think a little info like that was good to possible form a bond with him (it could sink me but I don’t think it will)

Rodrigo- he seems like a delight, we got along well talking about tv shows. Guess I just vibe well with foreign dudes 😂 (keegan applies here). Idk if he’s just being nice or if he’d actually wanna work with me tho, I won’t reveal any info to him.”

“I know that I tend not to write a lot of confessionals but it’s simply because I build up before I decide to make one. The connections that I have made in this game from what I believe, seem to hopefully hold true through the swab. This could not have been any better. All the people that I am closest to our on this child and there are two previous Awashima members.

I’m not quite sure how to feel about Marc, seeing as I know he can be rather shady in nature. He has spoken to me and indicated if it weren’t for Regan quitting he would have been voted out, which I find a little weird considering he can connect with. Episode 4 - Go Crazy - Cori

A reward challenge was played where Awashima crushed Hiroku. However, Hiroku turned the tables in the Deal or No Deal immunity challenge, sending Awashima back to tribal council.

Initially, Marc was trying to gather votes against Adam or Katie. Katie caught wind of this and launched a full assault against Marc, trying to vote him out instead. However, in a twist that surprised no one, Regan ended up quitting the game when she wasn’t given more time to save Marc, resulting in tribal council being cancelled.

Episode 3 - so sado is HELL ISLAND - Adam

After Sam was sent home a high intensity challenge for reward and immunity was posted. It involved creating Shinsen, by prepping ingredients in individual messages. Hiroku was immediately off to a strong start, gaining a lead over Awashima. This lead continued to grow over night and by morning it was clear there was very little chance of Awashima catching up. Despite Rachael’s best attempts to coordinate and motivate Awashima, it was too late. Hiroku won immunity and reward with triple the score over Awashima. Jay and Josh were initially targeted due to their challenge performance. The majority seemed to be settling on Jay, however there was some pushback from Vi and Marc, who wanted to use Jay as a number. However as the day progressed it became clear that there was no saving Jay, and he was voted out unanimously.

Olivia went on an expedition to the lagoon on Honshu, completed the challenge requiring her to burn paper

“things have been rly quiet since last time, but it seems like a handful of my tribe really worked together and pulled out the win in the shinsen challenge yay!! Some have not had the opportunity to contribute as much but hopefully they will the first chance they get. I still have my voting coin if I need it, but things are definitely super chill in the hiroku tribe for the time being and I seem to have good ties all over.”

“I’m thankful that this round allowed us to win by such a long shot. I believe that we have such a strong tribe, unfortunately however, we just do not necessarily communicate all that much, or at least that’s what it seems like.

Echoing previous confessionals, I still really adore almost everyone on this tribe. I do not have any issues or concerns with anyone at this moment in time, however my eyes and ears are open  just in case, however, I believe I can hopefully stay connected with several individuals in this tribe.

I’m not the best when it comes to challenge performance and I’m the first one that would always say that to myself. That’s why I play such a big social game, because I feel like that although I don’t have any challenge prowess, people will catch on to what my next best thing is. 

It would not surprise me If there was an undercover alliance at the moment just based on certain conversations I’ve had but perhaps that is just a thought and not merely reality. I hope that this upcoming round allows us to win yet another competition and continue to do our best like we always do.”

Episode 2 - hello i am wasted - Abrielle

The round began with a Jigsaw Puzzle Reward challenge. The reward challenge came down to a very close battle with only 12 minutes separating the winning tribe from the losing tribe. Awashima however, managed to secure the victory and the reward. The immunity challenge was a match-up game of Dots and Boxes. Both tribes quickly got into battle, finishing the challenge the night it was announced. Awashima defeated Hiroku 5-2 in the challenge, giving them their first immunity win of the season.

After the results were announced, Sam was quick to throw out Zac’s name to Constance. However, Constance flipped it onto Odd for being inactive socially and Sam agreed. Sam quickly set out trying to gather the votes to go after Odd. However, many people felt Sam was also lacking socially and viewed Odd as a challenge asset and the vote turned towards Odd. Olivia initially felt like taking out Sam was not a good idea, viewing him as a more social player. However, despite efforts to attempt to flip the vote, Sam was voted out in a unanimous 9-1 vote.

“I hate pre-merge tribal councils. In my games i am usually out either pre-merge or towards the end. Timing is important and the time for safety on this tribe is over, I trust Olivia and Aly. I like what we created yesterday and the dynamic of it, i don't think i am a target at the moment since they are people who barely talk in this game. I think one of the guys will be going home which would be probably either Sam or ODD i believe, or even Zach since his challenge score have been horrible, i mean i am not talking about the puzzle but how the hell did he lose 24-1? did he throw it for whatever reason? like it feels like you have to try to have a score against you that bad, on the other site V looks like a genious based on her challenge scores so it may just have nothing to do with what Zach did but how smart V is actually.”

So Constance suggested an alliance between me Abby and Him, i think that's another good idea, i just think i may would have to change the dynamics of the bigger alliance chat. Unless i can connect these 2 alliances with each other someway somehow, i may should try to avoid the concept of a bigger alliance at the moment. Idk if Abby see's me in with the alliance that Aly, me and Olivia are trying to make and then she see me in our Trio potential alliance could get me in trouble.”

To be honest i was hoping to get out Sam instead of ODD and the best thing is that i didn't even have to try hard for it, in this vote my goal was to try to have an unite tribe while at the same time i want it to be strong and ready for the next challenge. Odd is a challenge beast, you can't take that away from him even if his social game is not existing as much at the moment. I was on call with Constance and he was pretty locked on ODD but since he change his mind about the vote and ODD messaged him everything changes, intersting isn't it? Anuway i don't mind that, Constance seems like a good shield for me at the moment and i like that for my game. Right now he is giving the result that i want with out me even have to try hard about it.”

Olivia goes on an expedition to the Kanto plains on Honshu, where she completes a challenge requiring her to name and post pictures of birds. She earns the maximum possible advantage: a plus 20% challenge multiplier for the next eligible immunity challenge

It was down between Odd and Sam from what the consensus has said and while Odd may not be as talkative, he is someone who excels in competitions from the looks of it, whereas Sam does decent in competitions but has rarely spoken to anyone. I think Aly is cool, i think she is a gamer and i like it. I really wanna work with her. Constance was there and i couldn't hear him very well, sometimes people are saying the same things to everyone about working together and going deep into the game, Constance hasn't done that with me yet, but i feel that he could be one of the players that would work with anyone unless they blindside him, it feels that if i ever blindside Constance there would be a point of no return. Again these are assumptions, i can't be sure at all, he is positive and i like that. Will he be positive forever? We shall see.. but i see myself working with him. Abrielle is someone that i would really love to work with as well, there is something so sweet about her. Again this is all so hard because idk any of these people and i have no clue about past relationships in this cast. I think info is the stronger tool a survivor player can have and i have zero info about these people. Zach is hot and fun. Odd seems like a challenge beast but the dude doesn't seem in mood to talk at the moment. I appreciate his help with the comp though. Emma seems cool, i think i would enjoy working with her but again we haven't talk as much. At the moment, i would like to stick with the girls. At times i am thinking, is there a girls alliance? I can see Aly making that for some reason but even if it exist its just the pre merge, i wouldn't mind helping it and support it, i am more connected with the girls right now rather than the guys. But again, these all are thoughs of the moment. Who knows what could change til tomorrow? or even the next few seconds”

Episode 1.1 - This Game is Rigged Against People Who Can’t Read - Vi

The two tribes, Awashima and Hiroku were pitted against each other in a game of Hostile Harai. After a relatively close battle, Hiroku pulled ahead and won a 10% challenge multiplier in the next immunity challenge.

At the immunity challenge, the tribes battle each other in a game of Semantris that led to victory for Hiroku, beating the other tribe even without the score multiplier needed.

At Hiroku, the winning tribe, they celebrated their win and continued to form relationships, though no alliances had yet formed. Emma ventured into the expeditions and found the Awashima hidden immunity idol and was given the option between leaving the idol in place or gifting it to a member of Awashima. Emma opted to gift the idol to Adam with the note: “Can’t wait for merge! (heart) PH.”

At Awashima, bonds began to form and take control of the vote. Katie, Rachael, Rodrigo and Josh in particular began to formulate a plan to vote out Lauren for being the most inactive member of the tribe. Lauren had other plans, wanting to target Adam for similar reasons. After some discussion of idols with Rodrigo, Katie and Rachael opted to vote for Adam as well. At tribal council, Lauren was voted out 7-3 against Adam, who kept his immunity idol in his pocket.

At the moment, i have 0 game talks i am trying to talk to people but i don't wanna approach people and make them feel that i am playing too hard too fast so i just wanna get to the first steps of getting to know them and then build of an alliance. I feel like the people that i would like to bring in a potential alliance at the moment would be Olivia, Abby, Zach (so hot btw) and there are people that i wanna work with based on interviews ( Cori and Ally) but they haven't give me anything yet too to make them feel that i could work with them, idk i don't really enjoy being the only one who is asking questions and try to lead a convo and that's why at the moment i haven't be able to see if i could potential work with them. My biggest concern mark is Constance, i enjoy talking with him and he seems like a gamer and i would like to work with a gamer but there is something in me that feels that he could make a move later on very unexpectenly”

“So far I feel as though I’ve made some decent connections on this tribe even if they are minimal. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know so many fresh faces but depending on how we do in this challenge, connections unfortunately can not overlook performance as a tribe unless you work it to a certain degree. I do hope that several of my tribe members can help us pull the win for this challenge because I am not doing so hot!”

“The only concerns I have on my tribe are Em and Olivia because they know me from Tumblr and didn’t really like me all that much but I won’t say anything and just let life work it’s course. If I don’t delve into the past and let it linger it’ll only fall into their blame if they use that as their leverage if they target me later down the line. Emma took an expedition to Honshu where she completed a challenge to find the Awashima hidden immunity idol. 

Chose to gift the idol to Adam with the note: “Can’t wait for merge (heart)! PH.”

“I JUST REALIZE I CANT BRING OLIVIA INTO MY CHAT AS A GUEST. Life sucks”

After being given the idol by Emma, his only response was:

Olivia went on another expedition to Lake Kamo on Sado where she broke a fishermans oyster trap, resulting in her being exiled from her tribe until she had collected four buckets of oysters.

After almost 40 minutes, Olivia completed the task and was allowed back to her tribe. 

“I don’t even get a reward for all that 😭 I’m just sad now”

“I have really been trying to up my social game more than any other game I have been involved in. It may seem like a little too much, but at the same time, I really want to emphasize what I said I would do and that is make genuine friendships with people and do what I can in order to move myself forward in this game. Even if it may cost me my opportunity to win, I at least know that I went out of this game knowing I created a connection with each and every person in someway. 

With that said, I think that the idol searching mechanic shows how hard someone is trying to find something because it ultimately catches everyone’s attention if you get something negative like being exiled from your tribe or whatnot.

I’m not quite sure what this game has in store for me and I don’t expect to accomplish much when it comes to challenges so I hope to bring my socially adaptable techniques into my strategy for the long haul.”

Final Immunity Challenge

You will have five tasks to complete and your score in those challenges will determine the points you get.

We are playing by golf rules, meaning you want to have the least points possible.

If you score first place in the task, you get one point. If you score fifth place in the task, you get five point.
