I've got humans/humanoids, Gremlins/mogwai, monsters, a handful of anthros (tho I'm rusty drawing them, so attack at your own discretion, can't guarantee anthro revenges. 😵‍💫) and I also have some CBCs, fan characters, and AU characters for fandoms I'm in! :]

I'm most likely to attack humans/humanoids, gremlins/mogwai, or fan characters based on my interests!

See, the thing that amuses me about tumblr, is that I can post about whatever, and it's like my followers will just humor my nonsense regardless. People who followed me for one thing will like my posts about a completely different thing, and I just think that's fun. This is one of the only places where it doesn't feel like the site punishes you for being multifandom. I can post about whatever silly thing I'm currently excited about, and people seem to enjoy it regardless! It's fun! :]

Also, this is the only place where my yapping posts do numbers, and it always catches me off guard. I dump some random shower thoughts I had, and 15 other people will like random comic book opinion dump post, which is sorta neat, because normally I don't really have many people read that sort stuff. I appreciate it!

Getting wayyyyy to used to your own AU, to the point where you forget canon is a problem I experience way too much lol.

"What do you mean Michael Afton never used a fire escape axe as a weapon to fight Springtrap? That...that's his thing, that's his epic scene. That's what Michael does, right? No? I made that up???? What??"

I need to type out some sort of character bio thing for my version of Michael Afton soon, instead of just vagueposting about how allegedly and theoretically cool he is lol. Sorry, I'll get on that!! 😭😅

I am trying so hard to rain on everyone’s secret of the mimic parade, but the more convoluted the FNaF lore gets, the less interested in it I become. I’m sorry, but I am getting so tired of the “AND THIS SUPER IMPORTANT GUY EXISTED THIS WHOLE TIME, OFF SCREEN UNTIL THIS VERY MOMENT!!!” Type twists we keep getting. I wish the games moved in a direction of telling a new somewhat separate story, instead of paving over and rebuilding the old one unendingly.

As I eluded to in the past post too, the pressure for fanartists and AU creators to conform to whatever canon just pulled out of thin air (regardless of individual artists’ visions for their AUs and what stories they want to tell) is always a little bit frustrating to me also. I know that typically people don’t mind if AUs are different, since that’s the point, but on YouTube especially some people get rather unkind if your AU “isn’t canon enough”. But eh, that more an issue with the community than the new games themselves.

Regardless, I’m planning to watch some SOTM playthroughs soon (I can’t play it myself, I don’t have the setup/money for it-) and hopefully there’ll be some aspects I’ll enjoy. I do already like the vintage spooky look it has, and I’m excited about there being a protagonist with a personality!! (Cassie and Gregory were fun in that regard, I’m glad this is a continuing element of the new games)

Maybe I’ll report back later with my thoughts after having seen the game more fully for myself

It's great that sotm has a protagonist that like actually reacts to the things happening to him and feels more like an actual character rather than just a blank slate for you to play as but I can't help but be a little (incredibly) salty about it because THAT SHOULD BE MICHAEL WHY COULDN'T MICHAEL HAVE HAD THAT AAAUUGHHHHHH

Every time there’s a new fnaf game, I just end up feeling dread, because of the impending further incongruity between my AU and canon, and how I never know what to do about it 😭

The further I progress in life, the more quitting everything, taking up a new alias, and living in a tower on top of a bridge like Darkwing at the very beginning of the series sounds like a reasonable idea. I can totally see where the man was coming from with that./j

Sonic fandom hot take(?) I have a really hard time enjoying the father-son bond sega is trying to portray with Eggman and Metal Sonic, when Metal basically had his free will taken away, and that’s the only reason they get along. Metal grew to hate eggman back when he was still mostly sentient (Sonic Heroes) and after rebelling, he essentially had his free will ripped away from him as “punishment” and in no way do I find that wholesome. Even if they’ve written eggman as more lighthearted and comedic these days, in the 2000s era games the man could be ruthless, and for this new take on the character to work you have to gloss over all of that, which again I have a hard time doing. 😭

idk maybe that’s just me thinking too hard, but it sorta bugs me.

This "bond" isn't genuine, Metal didn't even like this guy bro, he only hangs around because he doesn't get a choice. :(

It's left vague (as far as I understand it) whether this is literally Tesla's eye or just Knives doing a body horror but the scene makes me insane because of a few reasons...

1) the idea Knives could have killed the guy who tortured her to death with that hand so easily in this moment.

2) the fact he didn't.

3) the fact the eye moves really frantically during the scene but repeatedly LOOKS BACK AT KNIVES as he's standing there not beheading Conrad.

4) she keeps looking back at him, she keeps asking why he's not acting, she keeps asking why he's listening to this monster.

5) it keeps looking back at him. she keeps looking back. she keeps looking back. why isn't he doing it? why is he hesitating?

6) how could he do this to her?
