I think some of you need to respect starkid a lot more than you do. Both as a company and the actors themselves. They give us so much, but it feels like so many decisions they make get backlash for one reason or another. It’s just sad, because they’ve worked so hard to get themselves to a point or making such high quality theater and than get shat on by the same fans who got them to that point.
Starkid doesn’t owe you anything. They don’t owe you space baby on YouTube or a private showing of TGWDLMR where you can scream your head off as much as you want in the actors faces. This is theater, and this is an independent company. Please be respectful of them, not only to the actors but the backstage crew and everyone who’s worked on it.
#i dont go here anymore but#yikes did i see some unpleasant stuff from the starkid fandom back in the day (10+ years ago)#both online and in person#the cringe i experienced at shows#but also YES appreciate this small theater company making theater ACCESSIBLE#starkid#team starkid

Do people actually like quote books, movies, and TV shows in casual conversation because I refuse to believe that that's true. I legit cannot remember a single quote from anything that I have ever watched or read and you're telling me that people can quote full on paragraphs from their favourite book and it's not just a movie trope to show that they're a nerd.
