she probably never went after anyone. it was always the guys asking her out and she was like fine whatever. but this was the first time that she went after someone. not to mention that it was an even higher risk for her now that she’s questioning her sexuality. she told Kara she never felt like this before for anyone, and she went after this girl that she likes so much, only to get rejected. she got her heart broken, her pride, and the tiny bit of self-confidence that she had was gone. she didn’t just ask Maggie out. she kissed her. she made a big step, and she slipped and fell.
