Never heard the birth control thing??? Like ever??? At least never in my time being here in this milk scene, at least. I've been on shot BC before, but that doesn't have the side effects of lactation like some BC pills. I also wasn't on it when I started leaking. So that certainly didn't help me any. Never done, Domperidone, either. A user here thought maybe my T dose was slightly too high and basically pumped the extra testosterone into E and put it right into my tits because I was pulling/milking them like crazy for the horny stimulation and to get off from the T horny. I was at 0.4 mL for three months near the end of my first year.

So no, I really don't think you need to do anything crazy? Get a milk schedule and keep to it is my always advice. If you have nipples you can be milked. Cis men can even induce too. I've mentioned before that if you're open to listening to Subliminals to go check out the lactation ones while stimulating/pumping. Since that's literally the only other thing I did besides the horny levels of nipple stimulation. And if you wanna try Domperidone to see if it helps faster, I'd say go ask someone's experience with it first when using for specifically to induce lactation.

Oh, I also ate oatmeal like daily since it was good for my cholesterol/a cheap, easy breakfast, but uh- found out afterward. Apparently, it's a "super lactation booster," so uh. That might've helped some. Though I have noticed, my chest gets full faster when I switch back to oatmeal breakfast weeks, so look into oats, perhaps? 😭
