I woke up this morning and was reminded of "bi+" and DESPERATELY wanted to kill myself, not even joking. Putting a "+" after bi is the most degrading thing in the world after u notice the problem. Not blaming people who still believe it isn't an issue tho, it took me a while to notice it for myself, especially since some people want ur head on a pitchfork if u even think otherwise.

It's so fascinatingly contradictory how people use the term "bi umbrella" but then say "oh yeah THESE labels are actually bigger than bi because bi just means attraction to 2 genders". This can't be real, there's no way ur parroting classic biphobia. And no, adding the "or more" to the end of the statement doesn't help, it's just a crappy way u can avoid admitting that the new definition ur forcing onto bisexuality is problematic. Bi being the umbrella means it's the BIGGEST and everything underneath it is smaller, it is attraction REGARDLESS of gender. Why are u so afraid to think for a second? I PROMISE u that the world won't end if u use ur brain. I am okay with bi microlabels existing because there are many that make sense and actually fall within the umbrella without giving the tried and true definition of bisexuality to labels that are used out of poor understanding of the label! "What about bi/pan solidarity" I don't want fake solidarity with a label that degrades what I am just for the comfort of a few people who refuse to change and accept bisexuality for what it really is instead of what they think it is, sorry.

I promise u guys it's not exclusionism to simply say that people shouldn't be using a label that actively degrades another one that means and has always meant the exact same thing. No one is denying the queerness of people who identify as "pan" or "omni" or anything like that, they're queer as shit because they're bi. If anything it feels more terfy to insist that bi is a lesser label because a common terf pastime is of course bullying trans people, and what better way to convince others to get on board by perpetuating the use of a label that frames being bi as restricting, that pushes the idea that bi people aren't attracted to anyone except for cis men and women and therefore they don't support trans people. It's part of their little tactic to cut the t from lgbt when b and t have long been closely intertwined. There is already enough biphobia (and interlocked transphobia) coming from both queer and nonqueer monosexuals, so for the love of god can the bisexuals themselves at least be educated? I say I'm bi4bi but even then it's a challenge to approach bi people who are in the "bi+" mindset and don't want to hear anything else. Needless to say, I am in excruciating pain 👍🏾

These days people get so weird when you point out that TERFs do more than target trans women and it's as exhausting as it is confusing.

I've had people tell me it's wrong for me to bring up the fact that TERFs and radical feminists target bi women because it's wrong for me to not center trans women in literally *every single discussion* of TERFism despite the fact that it is well known by anyone paying attention that TERFs gleefully target other queer people too. TERFs openly admit that they use ace/aro exclusionism and transmedicalism as recruitment tactics because once you get a queer person to turn against one identity it's easier to get them to turn against another. And the first big wave of TERF ideology and radical feminism went so hard on getting bi women out of lesbian spaces that now people legit think butch/feme are lesbian exclusive terms when they never were. They intentionally destroyed all connection bisexuals had to their shared history and culture until basically everyone is parroting their words without realizing, and are still responsible for some of the most vile biphobia circulating today. Like hate to break it to the "bi women shouldn't bring their cishet bf to pride" types but idc how much you say you love trans people you are still walking and talking like a TERF and deserve to be called on it.

And ofc they absolutely target trans people of all genders, acknowledging they ways they harm trans men doesn't mean you think they don't target trans women.

This is legit why I'm always one of the first people to point out what TERFs and radfems actually believe and how their ideology works and what dogwhistles you need to look out for, because imo the current idea that trans women are legit the only queer people meaningfully harmed by TERFism is happening specifically because no one bothered to learn what a TERF actually is beyond "transphobe", which is also how we get entire movements of queer people parroting TERF, SWERF, and radfem talking points word for word and not seeing a problem because they aren't transphobic(or thinking all they need to do to fight TERFs is put a DNI banner up on their blog and talk about punching transphobes).

If people refuse to actually learn what TERFs are and why they believe what they do we will never be able to defeat them. They will always sneak in, every bar will turn into the proverbial nazi bar, you have to fully recognize them to weed them out before it's too late, and so many people are completely uninterested in doing that.

AI DISTURBANCE "OVERLAYS" DO NOT WORK!

To all the artists and folks who want to protect their art against AI mimicry: all the "AI disturbance" overlays that are circulating online lately DON'T WORK!

Glaze's disturbance (and now the Ibis Paint premium feature, apparently. Not sure.) modifies the image on a code-level, it's not just an overlayed effect but it actually affects the image's data so AI can't really detect and interpret the code within the image. From the Glaze website:

Can't you just apply some filter, compression, blurring, or add some noise to the image to destroy image cloaks? As counterintuitive as this may be, the high level answer is that no simple tools work to destroy the perturbation of these image cloaks. To make sense of this, it helps to first understand that cloaking does not use high-intensity pixels, or rely on bright patterns to distort the image. It is a precisely computed combination of a number of pixels that do not easily stand out to the human eye, but can produce distortion in the AI's “eye.” In our work, we have performed extensive tests showing how robust cloaking is to things like image compression and distortion/noise/masking injection. Another way to think about this is that the cloak is not some brittle watermark that is either seen or not seen. It is a transformation of the image in a dimension that humans do not perceive, but very much in the dimensions that the deep learning model perceive these images. So transformations that rotate, blur, change resolution, crop, etc, do not affect the cloak, just like the same way those operations would not change your perception of what makes a Van Gogh painting "Van Gogh."

Seri/rei makes no sense for either character involved and feels like the Obligatory Popular Yaoi Ship of mp100. At best it's a mild regression for reigen and at worse it's a complete assassination of serizawa's character development. That one meme drives me insane too, serizawa would NOT call reigen babygirl under literally any circumstance. Seri/rei feels less like a ship and more like a way for reigen fans to see him get railed by another man. I could go in depth as to why I feel this way but I already did in a discord server and I don't feel like reliving the agony. Even if I was not an ekurei enjoyer, this ship would make me want to force mob psycho fans to actually THINK about serizawa as his own character, which is the whole POINT OF HIS DEVELOPMENT, and not as a vessel for them to fuck that piece of shit con man

Okay guys I am currently living for ekurei and I can't resist talking about it. Even tho I'm not a fan of seeing dimple depicted as that one security guard, it does provide an interesting window into how he would act if he had the opportunity to have more physical closeness with others.
