forgive my negativity beforehand, but i imagine it can go one of these ways: either it will entirely for the fan service and get shoved in as much as possible for no reason, or it'll barely be mentioned(if at all) for the sake of keeping everything neutral enough to be watchable to every fan

yandere davebot is a HELL YEAH! i don't know much about hs^2, but i do know he loves karkat at least, so seeing him potentially getting with someone other than him might be very, very damaging. ;3 (plus there can be some unsaid benefits to having a metal body, heheheee.....)

im not the karkat firearm anon but they gave me an idea: weaponry davekat. (this can be regular or humanstuck if it tickles your fancy)

so karkat gets enrolled into a combat class where they double in both melee and ranged combat. until it turns out that dave is his melee tutor (and roxy is his ranged)

dave and karkat are classmates in regular school, but here dave seniors him, so he has to call him....*shudders* Mr Strider.

training privately together.....but you know how things can *escalate* around striders ;3
