I finally got my husband's computer out of the attic so I can play Nancy Drew games again, and I've been thinking about buying Seven Keys (because how have I still not played it??) and then TODAY!! ON MY BIRTHDAY!! It went on sale!!

a dream of mine is to create an IRL nancy drew style mystery. it would be hard to do because i think to really pull it off, you would need to hire actors and book a closed environment. it would be more than an escape room, though, because i envision it taking place over the course of 1-3 days, with your "nancy" guessing the culprit at the end.

i tried it for my friend once at a ranch (inspired by secret of shadow ranch) with immense help from the resort staff, but it ended up feeling more like a scavenger hunt. oh, and I had my mom play a phone character lol.

has anyone ever pulled this off?
