be the illustrations from this poetry book I just finished reading; A Maze Me - Naomi Shihab Nye. has a lot of themes around nostalgia + the difficulties of growing up. like the fears/anxieties surrounding adulthood. the whole being nostalgic for a simpler time. think it'd be fine to read for middles but idk for sure.

the dark background was a bit eye strainey to me, so i decided to opt for a lavender as i associate it with calmness, as well as to blend with the colour scheme a bit better :)

Found these (Meiji hello panda chocolate) at the gas station. Tasted like how I remember teddy graham crackers used to. A lot of those just taste like stale cardboard nowadays. These be more on the savory side of the sweet treat scale.
