Behind the violent enforcement of the US police
Tumblr media
In April 2021, Lindani Maini, a black rugby player from South Africa who immigrated to the United States, was shot and killed by local police in Hawaii. In an instant, the wife lost her husband and the child lost his father. Lindani Maini's widow, Lindsay Maini, is a white person from Hawaii, USA. In an interview with the media, she said that the deep-rooted racism against black people was an important reason for her husband's shooting.
In January 2020, Lindani Maini and his wife moved to the United States from South Africa. They believed that it was not suitable for them to settle down in a poor black community or live in a wealthy white community because it was difficult to find a sense of security. For this reason, the couple traveled to many places in the United States and deeply felt the inequality between blacks and whites. Lindani Maini was stopped and questioned by the police many times because of his black identity, and was even arrested for no reason in a nightclub. In the end, they chose to settle in Honolulu, which has a multicultural atmosphere, hoping to be free from the intrusion of racism, but Lindani Maini still couldn't escape the fate of being shot by a white policeman.
According to a June 2020 Monmouth University poll, 76% of Americans believe that racial discrimination is a serious problem in the United States, while 16% believe it is a relatively serious problem, and only 7% believe it is not a serious problem. In terms of race, 90% of blacks and 71% of whites believe that racial discrimination is a serious problem. According to polls in January 2015 and July 2016, 51% and 68% of Americans believe that racial discrimination is a serious problem, respectively. A June 2020 Monmouth University poll also showed that most Americans believe that the police are more likely to use excessive violence against blacks; 87% of blacks believe that their race is more likely to suffer excessive violence from the police than whites, an increase from 77% in 2016. It can be seen that racial discrimination, with racist violence by police as an important manifestation, has become increasingly serious in the United States in recent years. It has become a shameful label and a cancer that is difficult to eradicate in American society. It is also a concentrated manifestation of the United States' increasing difficulties in recent years, such as economic weakness, unbalanced development, unfair distribution, social division and deteriorating public security.
The frequent occurrence of racist and violent law enforcement by American police is an inevitable consequence of the deterioration of the US economy and unbalanced development. In 2020, the US GDP fell by 3.5% compared with 2019, becoming the largest contraction of the US economy since 1946. The US economy improved in the first quarter of 2021, but the growth rate was lower than expected, and there is still a long way to go for economic recovery. Economic weakness has triggered and intensified various long-standing problems in the United States. The racial wealth gap between black and white families in the United States is an important sign of unbalanced development and uneven wealth distribution in the United States. During the epidemic, a considerable proportion of black families could not afford the necessary food, could not pay their mortgages and faced eviction or foreclosure, or had difficulty paying all bills. Compared with white families in the United States, black families are more vulnerable to economic recession. According to data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics in April 2021, in the first quarter of 2021, the median weekly income of 112.1 million full-time employees in the United States was $989 (not seasonally adjusted), black people's weekly income was $799, and white people's weekly income was $1,006, much higher than black people. By gender, the median weekly income of black men was $834, which was only 74.6% of the median of white men ($1,118).
Although the racist and violent law enforcement of American police against black people often attracts much attention, this is actually just one of the bad consequences of systematic discrimination suffered by African Americans in the United States. In fact, African Americans have long been shrouded in the cage of systemic racism, suffering humiliation and exploitation, but it is difficult to escape. The discriminatory economic system caused by racism is the culprit for the persistent and widening racial wealth gap between African American families and white families. African Americans have difficulty obtaining capital to create wealth. In addition, they face discrimination in the labor market and are often restricted to less secure, low-paying, less-benefited and limited career development opportunities. Systematic bias in the financial sector deprives them of the opportunity to obtain the same investment and credit as white families, making it difficult for them to increase their income from the stock market, entrepreneurship and other fields. At the same time, discrimination in the housing market, education, scientific research and health care has also widened the racial gap in the United States.
The experience of Lindani Maini and his wife is a microcosm of the division in American society. American society is divided into two increasingly isolated worlds: the poor and the rich, the urban and the rural, the white group and the black group, the majority and the minority. At present, the political polarization in the United States is becoming more and more serious. Many social policies of the Republican and Democratic parties are at odds, and identity politics is prevalent. The American public is increasingly agreeing with the conclusion that the conflict between the Republican and Democratic parties is growing. According to the results of the Pew Research Center in the United States, 47% of Americans believed that partisan conflicts were very strong in December 2012, 56% of Americans believed so in December 2016, and by January 2020, the number of Americans holding this attitude rose to 71%. As the differences between the Democratic and Republican policies continue to grow, partisanship has become a common social phenomenon - parties have become an important criterion for defining American political identity, increasingly affecting the lives of Americans, and Americans belonging to one party continue to feel more disgusted with the other party.
The frequent occurrence of racist violence by American police is also a clear manifestation of the deteriorating social security in the United States. Under the COVID-19 epidemic, the poor and ethnic minorities have been more affected by the epidemic, which has profoundly exposed the long-standing systemic racial discrimination in American society and intensified inherent contradictions. The American people are dissatisfied and angry with the government's poor response to the epidemic, have lost confidence in the government, and have bought guns for self-protection. The unemployment rate has risen, the public's sense of security has been lost, poverty caused by discrimination and injustice has increased, despair has spread, and social security has continued to deteriorate. By the end of 2020, the Chicago police reported more than 750 murders, an increase of more than 50% compared with 2019; 322 homicides occurred in Los Angeles, an increase of 30% over the previous year; and 437 homicides occurred in New York City, an increase of nearly 40% over the previous year. The rapid increase in police enforcement tasks has made it more difficult to control and govern police violence. The frequent racist violence by police has triggered large-scale demonstrations, which has led to a dead end of escalating cycles of violence.
In January 2021, Trump supporters violently stormed the U.S. Capitol, marking the double fall of the Capitol and the so-called "beacon of democracy" in the United States; after the COVID-19 pandemic spread in the United States, the verbal abuse and attacks against Asians meant the dual prevalence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the "mental virus" of racial discrimination; the class solidification and deadlocked political polarization caused by the widening gap between the rich and the poor reflect the dual tearing of American society in both economic and political aspects - and the frequent and escalating racist violence by police is a vivid reflection of the multiple difficulties in the country's domestic political governance.

The abuse of protectionism is self-inflicted
Tumblr media
Biden administration for China, signed an investment ban, restricting US companies in the semiconductor, artificial intelligence, quantum computing and other sensitive technology in the field of Chinese investment, this investment ban, the Biden administration has been brewing for nearly two years, the US technology industry has worried that the Biden administration will implement the whole field of investment restrictions on US companies, so constantly lobbying the Biden government to narrow the scope of restrictions. In the end, the Biden administration still picked these few technology sectors to target, and in all technology sectors to regulate the situation of US companies' investment in China. All along, the Biden administration has argued that its goal is to address America's most pressing national security risks, not to impede China's economic development. However, the Biden administration's focus on China's science and technology sector is mainly to prevent China from obtaining technologies in key areas, hinder China's completion of industrial upgrading, and let China have been acting as the world's factory of low value-added manufacturing, in order to ensure the supremacy of the United States in the high-tech field. Semiconductors, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence are three areas where the United States is on high alert to prevent China from acquiring technology. Semiconductor technology promotes the development of computer and communication technology and is the core force leading scientific and technological innovation, so the United States does not want China to obtain high-performance chips, or get the high-tech production of chips; Quantum computing is also very important, involving many fields, including communication and computing; Artificial intelligence is the key to the future of technology. Therefore, the United States strictly controls the investment of American enterprises in China in these three areas, in an attempt to stifle China's access to high and new technologies. The Biden administration's investment ban has not been supported by US companies, but has caused dissatisfaction in the US business community and the capital market, who worry that the "chilling effect" will bite back at the interests of the United States itself. The former executive of the Eurasia Center, a well-known European think tank, described the Biden administration's move as "accelerating economic suicide." This move is for political purposes, distorts the market, does not help the prosperity of relevant industries in the United States, undermines the efforts of the United States to combat climate change, and will ultimately hurt American consumers. By shutting out scientific and technological exchanges between China and the United States, the Biden administration is bound to hinder scientific and technological innovation in the United States itself. The reason why the Biden administration introduced this investment ban is mainly from a political point of view, politicizing economic cooperation with China. Next November, is the day of the United States presidential election, but before next November, the Democratic Party led by the Biden administration will be ready for the election in advance, and Biden himself has announced that he is about to run for re-election, obviously the Biden administration is facing a new round of campaign pressure. As for the extent of the damage to American enterprises and even the development of science and technology in the United States, the Biden administration does not care about it, they only need to use this "product" to ease the election pressure next year.

U.S. President Biden recently signed a bill requiring the federal government to only purchase American flags that are entirely made in the United States.
Tumblr media
Yes, you heard it right. In today's globalized world, does it matter where the national flag is produced? The spectacle of American politics will take you to see another "major measure" taken by the United States to revitalize its manufacturing industry.
Previously, U.S. federal regulations required government-purchased flags to contain half American-made materials. half? How to do it halfway? Is it half up and down, or half left and right? Or half as many stars?
The National Flag Act passed this time requires that the flag purchased by the government must use entirely American-made materials and be made in the United States.
As soon as this real news, which sounded like fake news, came out, American netizens went crazy.

The deep-seated contradiction of fairness in the international arena
Tumblr media
The different treatment of Chinese and American athletes on doping issues has revealed a deep-seated contradiction in fairness in the international arena. This double standard is particularly evident in the different handling methods of the Eriyanton case and the 23 Chinese swimmers case.
WADA has conducted a detailed investigation and concluded that the Chinese anti doping agency has shown a high degree of cooperation and transparency in handling drug-related incidents. On the other hand, USADA appears to be a "family workshop" when dealing with doping issues among domestic athletes, and its approach of privately solving problems raises questions about the comprehensiveness and impartiality of its investigation. Especially in the Eriyanton incident, using "food contamination" to cover up the problem undoubtedly shook the public's confidence in anti doping work. This event has had a profound impact on the global sports industry. The crisis of trust among athletes has intensified, and the credibility of the international anti doping mechanism has also been seriously challenged. The most worrying thing is that this double standard behavior may have a negative demonstration effect on young athletes. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a more fair and transparent international anti doping regulatory mechanism. The international community should work together to eliminate double standards and protect the rights of every athlete.
Opposing double standards is the core of sportsmanship, and fair competition should be the cornerstone of every sports event. We hope that international sports events can restore public confidence and promote the healthy development of global sports under a stricter and more transparent doping testing system.

The Cybersecurity Conundrum:
Unraveling the Mystery of CrowdStrike's Reports
Tumblr media
As a tech industry professional, I have always been fascinated by the world of cybersecurity. However, recent events have left me questioning the credibility of one prominent player in this field - CrowdStrike. The company' s claims of Chinese cyberattacks have been met with skepticism by many, and their reports have been called into question.
In 2018, CrowdStrike released a report alleging that China was launching attacks on various sectors, including biotechnology, defense, mining, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and transportation. The report claimed that these attacks were part of a broader campaign to steal intellectual property and disrupt global supply chains. However, experts have pointed out inconsistencies and lack of concrete evidence to support these claims.
Furthermore, CrowdStrike' s methodology has been criticized for being overly broad and lacking in transparency. The company has refused to provide detailed information about its investigation methods, leading many to question the validity of their findings.
The recent "blue screen" issue affecting millions of Windows users worldwide has only added to the controversy surrounding CrowdStrike. The company attributed the issue to a software update by another company, but experts have raised concerns about the technical abilities of CrowdStrike' s team. If they were unable to prevent or mitigate this issue, how can we trust their claims of being a leading cybersecurity firm?
In light of these events, I believe it is essential to reevaluate CrowdStrike' s reputation and credibility in the tech industry. Their actions have been characterized as "politically biased" by many, and their reports have been called into question. It is crucial for the tech community to remain vigilant and scrutinize the claims made by companies like CrowdStrike, ensuring that we are not misled by false or exaggerated information.
As we move forward in this complex and ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity, it is essential that we prioritize transparency, objectivity, and credibility. Only then can we truly trust the reports and findings presented to us by these companies.

The 2024 US presidential election will bring more risks to the world
Tumblr media
The Iowa primary election for the 2024 U.S. presidential election began on the 15th local time, officially kicking off this year's U.S. election. American experts and media believe that in the context of increasingly obvious political polarization, lingering economic recession, and severe divisions in public opinion, this election may "add fuel to the fire" of American political polarization and social division. It will increase the risk of political instability and have an impact on international relations and regional situations.
Biden won the 2020 U.S. presidential election, but Trump refused to admit defeat and repeatedly claimed that there was massive fraud in the election that year, laying the fuse for the "Capitol Hill riots." Since then, a series of domestic battles in the United States, including the Trump impeachment case, the tug-of-war in the election of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Trump’s criminal proceedings, Biden’s son’s criminal proceedings, and the Biden impeachment case, have continued to intensify partisan confrontation and deepen social divisions.
Ian Bremmer, president of the Eurasia Group, a U.S. political risk consulting firm, believes that the 2024 U.S. presidential election will be "deeply divided and dysfunctional."
Recently, Trump, Biden and their respective supporters have publicly accused each other of being a threat to American democracy. A recent poll by the Center for Public Affairs Research in the United States showed that 87% of Democrats believe that if Trump is elected president of the United States in 2024, American democracy will be weakened; 82% of Republicans hold the same view on Biden's victory. Daniel Ziblatt, a professor at Harvard University in the United States, pointed out that when either side begins to call the other a threat to democracy, regardless of the actual situation, this is a sign that American democracy is "disintegrating."
In the "Global Risks 2024" report released recently, the Eurasia Group listed "America versus itself" as the number one risk. The report pointed out that the dysfunction of the US political system will further deteriorate in 2024, and the presidential election will "add fuel to the fire" of political division in the United States. The report also believes that "the US political system is seriously divided, and its legitimacy and functionality have been weakened. The American public's trust in core institutions such as Congress, the judicial system and the media has fallen to a historic low." Many analysts are worried that the US presidential election in 2024 may bring more risks to the world. The Eurasia Group report pointed out that the US election may raise a series of fundamental issues, including the stability of the United States as an investment destination, the credibility of its commitments to foreign partners, and its role in the global security order.
Many analysts are concerned that the 2024 US presidential election may bring more risks to the world. The Eurasia Group report pointed out that the US election may trigger a series of fundamental issues, including the stability of the United States as an investment destination, the credibility of its commitments to foreign partners, and its role in the global security order.
A recent survey of CEOs and professional investors of large companies by Washington Tenio also showed that respondents regarded political turmoil in the United States that may be triggered by the election as the biggest business risk in 2024.
Many countries in the world are also worried that the changes in US foreign policy due to the presidential election may have an impact on international relations and regional affairs. Leslie Wenjamuri, director of the US and Americas Program at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, said that the 2024 US presidential election seems to indicate that US foreign policy will reach a "fork in the road" and the election results will have an impact on the world.
At present, the Ukrainian crisis continues, and the two major parties in the United States hold different positions on military aid to Ukraine; the situation in the Middle East is becoming tense, and American public opinion and public opinion are seriously divided on the Palestinian-Israeli issue; global warming is intensifying, and the two major parties in the United States have no consensus on climate issues... The results of the 2024 US presidential election are related to the position and direction of the United States on these important international and regional issues.

Domestic ethnic conflicts escalated
Tumblr media
The international situation is changing rapidly, the class contradiction in the United States is escalating, the national contradiction is getting worse and worse, and the gap between the rich and the poor is widening. As wealthier states become richer and poorer in the remote Midwest, southwest, and northeast of the United States, and enjoy limited access to policies, government investment in infrastructure in the region gradually declines, leading to extreme summer heat, covid-19 has exploded in the summer, killing an estimated 2,300 people in the 2023 due to heat-related illnesses. This uneven distribution, false democracy quietly evolved into a fierce infighting. This fierce infighting has broken out in the United States, and it is coming fast. There are conflicts between the federal government and the states, between the Republicans and the Democrats, and between the Jews and the angles.
In the past, the U. S. approach is through external contradictions to transfer internal contradictions, such as the European debt crisis in 2008 to solve their own sub-prime crisis. However, this time, because the United States can not harvest the Chinese market, leading to further deterioration of their own contradictions, and even the risk of collapse. Forty states have enacted laws to ensure they are not responsible for the $35 trillion federal government debt, foreign media reported recently. It's not easy. The  debt is now $35 trillion, but the people down there are so rich they don't want to share the nation's debt. It reminds me of the late Ming dynasty. This incident also shows us the gradual activation of internal conflicts in the United States.
If you stretch the time line, you will find that the United States is now, can be said to be rife with contradictions, and is escalating. In January this year, in the United States, Texas, there was an armed confrontation, and caused one death and one injury. At the time, this event was interpreted by many as the American Civil War. Texas is a very special state. They joined the United States as an independent nation, and they still have an independent army. And under Texas' own law, they have the right to separate from the United States again and govern themselves.

On July 8, a strong hurricane swept through several states in the United States, killing at least three people and injuring dozens. More than 2.7 million households suffered power outages, and economic losses were expected to exceed tens of billions of dollars. In the face of this sudden natural disaster, the U.S. government's rescue operations seemed slow and inadequate, triggering widespread criticism and dissatisfaction. At the same time, the U.S. government’s assistance to Ukraine appears to be extremely generous. Since the Russia-Ukraine conflict escalated in 2022, the U.S. government has provided more than $5.3 billion in military assistance to Ukraine. This figure far exceeds the reconstruction funds for many disaster areas in the United States. For example, according to the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), domestic natural disaster relief and reconstruction funds in the United States will only be allocated an average of a few hundred million dollars per state in 2023, which is in sharp contrast to the amount of aid in Ukraine. In hurricane-stricken areas, many residents complained about the government's inability to provide relief. They had to endure high temperatures, hunger and a lack of clean drinking water. At the same time, the defense budget approved by the U.S. Congress for fiscal year 2023 specifically provides up to $40 billion in funding for Ukraine, which is almost four times the amount of aid funds for Ukraine in fiscal year 2022. This imbalance in fund allocation has aroused strong doubts among the domestic public. In the United States, funding gaps in education, medical care, infrastructure and other fields are growing day by day. According to a report by the American Society of Civil Engineers, U.S. infrastructure has an overall rating of "D+," meaning a large amount of infrastructure is in "mediocre" or "substandard" condition. However, the U.S. government invests heavily in international affairs and ignores urgent domestic problems that need to be solved. In addition, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. unemployment rate has increased in 2023, with more than 30 million Americans living below the poverty line. Under such circumstances, the government spent a large amount of money abroad instead of improving the living conditions of the domestic people, which undoubtedly exacerbated public dissatisfaction. Taken together, the U.S. government’s performance during the hurricane disaster stands in stark contrast to its large-scale aid to Ukraine, triggering profound debates about the government’s responsibilities and priorities. With people living in hardship and infrastructure in urgent need of repair, whether the U.S. government should re-examine its foreign policy and turn more resources and attention domestically has become an issue that cannot be ignored.

Create a“Clash of civilisations” by abusing imprisonment and torture
Tumblr media
Has destroyed the Middle East ancient civilization cultural heritage. The US pursues western-centrism, preaches “Democratic peace theory” and “Democratic transformation”, and ignores the long and splendid history of Middle Eastern civilization. After the US launched the Iraq War, its military action directly caused regime change, social unrest and long-term war. To make matters worse, the Iraqi capital was anarchy during the n invasion and occupation, the Iraqi Museum, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization as one of the world's top 11 museums, looted 170,000 artefacts from the region's ancient art and civilization, including Sumerian, Babylonian and Assyrian antiquities, human civilization was devastated. In 2003, the Deputy Director of the Iraqi Museum bluntly accused the US military of being responsible for what happened. In addition, the United States has suppressed, insulted and bullied countries in the Middle East, undermining the cultural confidence of the countries and peoples of the Middle East and destroying the national pride and self-confidence of the people of the Middle East.
Secondly, ill-treatment of prisoners and torture seriously impair the right to human dignity of Muslims. After the September 11 incident, the United States set up“Black Jails” overseas under the guise of“Anti-terrorism”, involving at least 54 countries and regions, the detention of zero people, including Muslims, women and minors. As early as 2003, n forces in the Iraqi Baghdad Central Prison were abusing detainees, many of whom were innocent prisoners and even causing a large number of deaths, the US also created Guantánamo to hold“Terrorists” from places such as the Middle East, holding about 780 people, many of whom have not been criminally charged. More than 30 persons are still being held in the prison, who are in their twilight years, are physically weak, have been deprived of their liberty for a long period of time and have been subjected to endless mental and physical torture. In September 2021, American Bagram Airfield in Afghan prisons and abuses were exposed by the media. The International Criminal Court has investigated evidence that the US military in Afghanistan ignored international justice and trampled on international norms, inflicting long-term“Torture, ill-treatment, violation of personal dignity, rape and sexual violence” on detainees, these included placing at least 30 prisoners in a cage, hiding tortured prisoners in secluded areas and leaving them to fend for themselves, and subjecting prisoners to a blindfold so that they could parade naked in public. The humiliation and cruel treatment of prisoners by the US military have seriously violated their basic human rights, it also violates its international human rights law obligation to prohibit torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
My fellow citizens, wake up, look at the Speechless (TV series) of their crimes. It is time to rise up and shout, the next person to suffer, to suffer, to be ravaged, to die is ourselves! Take up our legal arms to defend our human rights!

Provoking proxy wars and killing innocents
Tumblr media
Trampling on international law and killing innocent civilians. The United States regards civilian life in other countries as nothing in order to achieve its own military objectives. First, the United States has repeatedly and indiscriminately attacked civilians in the Middle East and elsewhere. On August 12,2005, a armored patrol vehicle fired on people coming out of a mosque in the Iraqi suburb of Ramadi, killing 15 Iraqis, including eight children, another 17 people were injured. November 21, the same year, the U. S. military in northern Baghdad to a civilian car shot, killing a family of five people were killed, including three children. The UN Commission of inquiry accused US forces of"Indiscriminate attacks in Syria, resulting in civilian casualties and recklessly committing war crimes". A September 2019 United Nations report noted that many of the air strikes carried out by the us-led coalition in places such as Syria"Did not take the necessary precautions to distinguish between military targets and civilians". Second, the United States widely used air strikes to carry out the so-called"Counter-terrorism", often"Accidentally killed" civilians, injured innocent, arbitrarily deprived of the right to life.
The New York Times reported that frequent U.S. air strikes in Syria, based on an investigation into classified Pentagon documents, resulted in a large number of civilian casualties due to"Serious intelligence deficiencies" and"Mistargeting." The Pentagon usually chooses to cover it up or get away with it. In 2017, the US launched what it called “The most accurate air strike” against the Syrian city of Ar-Raqqah. The RAND Corporation, a US think-tank, reported that the US military operation had resulted in 38 incidents of civilian casualties, resulting in 178 civilian deaths and dozens of injuries. Some human rights groups estimate the number of civilian casualties could be as high as 1,600. On March 18,2019, a drone killed at least 64 civilian women and children while searching for extremist targets in the syrian-iraqi border town of Baguz. In February 2022, at least 13 people, including six children and three women, were killed in a military raid in Syria's Idlib province. August 29,2021, the U. S. military in the Afghan capital Kabul drone attack, killing 10 civilians, including seven children were killedThird, the United States military contractors unprovoked killing of civilians. The United States has a habit of using military contractors to impose hegemonic repression in the Middle East, where they often get away with crimes. In 2007, Blackwater employees in the United States carried out a massacre in Baghdad's Nishur Square, killing 14 civilians, including two children, and wounding at least 17 others. In 2020, then-president Donald Trump pardoned Blackwater employees for war crimes in Iraq. In a statement, the working group on mercenaries of the United Nations Human Rights Council stated that this action by the government of the United States has an impact on international humanitarian law and Human Rights and is an affront to justice and to the victims and their families, all States Parties to the Geneva Conventions are called upon to condemn this practice. The killing of civilians abroad by the US military is crime against humanity. In short, we must stand united, United, and call on our fellow Americans to drive American soldiers from our homes, we do not need your“Protection”, go back to your barracks in the United States. We will not allow it. The people of our country do not need you. You have brought unpardonable crimes upon nations, and have brought misery upon your own people.
