“Picnic”

The short Ryo/Akira comic from my SFW Devilman Crybaby fanart zine, “Hit Me [Cry]baby, One More Time.” Full zine PDF is available on Gumroad as well as a physical zine on my Storenvy, and includes a short written commentary as well as additional drawings and drawing-edits by me. 

Thinking about Crybaby Ryo and his associations with verbal expressions of love, and Akira doing his best even if it falls a little short. This was intended to be a much  longer comic, but I feel like my drawing style and preferred tools have really shifted since I first drew this several months ago and so it’s probably just a standalone piece for now.
