Uh huh...sureee, Wade. Never heard of it, yet I heard reports of you killing a few alternate versions of yourself, one suspiciously looking like some actor named Ryan Reynolds, and your girlfriend's alive again? Last time we talked, she was very much dead. You two doing okay, by the way?
How in the fuck have you not fucked the world into oblivion, Wade? @nathanfxkingsummers
CABLE!! Hiiii, I didn’t know you were on here!
and to answer your question I have no fucking clue honestly- and since when do you know how to use Tumblr???

Yeah, not a lot of people do. And please don’t go telling everyone you know I’m on here. NTW told me about this hellsite after I tried to get my timesliding device from her that someone conveniently used then destroyed. You wouldn’t know anything about that, would you?

"I try not to kill unless my life is in danger, or the lives of others are. Or, if I'm getting paid to kill someone." Cable shrugged and took a bite of another chicken leg. He glanced over at Remy, seeing him scarf down food like he had been starved. He set his food aside for a moment with a frown as he listened. "Remy, if you don't want that for yourself, I'll be more than happy to help in any way that I can. You deserve to be your own person, make your own decisions and do things for yourself. Fuck them assholes that want my goddamn arm. Fuck them for wanting to marry you off for political gain. You're more important than being a cog in their machine, my friend." Cable reached back over to grip Remy's shoulder, squeezing gently. Hell, he'd hug the man and hold him if he could, but he wasn't about to take the man away from his meal. "You're not a wet blanket, Remy, if you're referring to yourself as that. Far from it." Cable smiled softly as he glanced at Remy, a warmth in his features. In such a short amount of time, he had grown fond of Remy. He sat back on the couch and started digging at his meal again.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.
Gambit laughed as he held on to Cable's wrist. "I ain't gonna lie, I am nervous. I've seen men die like this before. Well, I mean, on the TV." Gambit lightly traced up Cable's arm. His fingers twirling around.
"I reckon this was your plan all along." Remy floated forward allowing his lightly charged lips brush against the outer part of Cable's ear.
@theragincajun
Cable's breath caught in his throat as Remy grabbed his wrist and moved his hand to his chest. His left eye glowed a faint gold, his own powers at work as he shifted positions on the couch, climbing onto Remy's lap. "Die by explosive kinetic energy?" Cable traced his flesh and bone hand down Remy's lean chest, not putting his full weight on the man's lap. With his metal, he was a lot heavier than he looked. The hand tracing down his arm send chills down his spine, feeling the sparks against his skin. "I'm able to withstand a nuclear blast, so I think I can handle you, handsome." Cable chuckled, his left hand reaching up to cradle the Cajun's jawline as he leaned into his ear, the sparks tickling his skin as his lips brushed against him. "My plan was to come home and make myself some dinner. Think this is more fun though," Cable chuckled, turning his head slightly, just so he could press his lips to Remy's. He inhaled sharply the second their lips met, his lips parting just so he could taste the other man. His lips tasted like beer, weed and felt like poprocks against his tongue. It just made him press closer, his heart racing behind the metal.

Cable chuckled and shook his head as he grabbed some chicken and took a bite. He sat back in his chair and glanced over at Remy, raising a brow with an amused smirk. “You just now realized that? I can disintegrate people on sight like Thanos did with the blip.”
Cable grinned and shook his head before digging into the food. It felt good to have company at his place. Someone to talk to and bullshit with. He frowned at Remy’s words, reaching over to pat his shoulder gently.
“Hey, I know. Took me a while to escape the group of religious cult members that trained me on how to fight. If you want out, I’ll help you.” Cable smiled softly, but nodded when Remy decided to change the subject. He knew it was a hard thing to discuss, leaving a group that essentially raised you to be who you are.
“Yeah, you’re right, Remy. Let’s enjoy our company together. We’ll figure things out in due time.”
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Cable took a few scoops of the mashed potatoes and gravy, taking a few bites as he sat back, his features softening as he glanced at Remy, hearing him laugh at his joke. And sure, Cable wasn't one to really joke too much; but he had his moments. "If you don't mind merc jobs, I can take you to Sister Margaret's with me to pick up a few jobs. It'd be something." Cable shrugged as he took a bite of chicken. He didn't pick up merc jobs often, as he was incredibly picky about what jobs he was handed, but it did pay some of the bills. Cable's eyes glanced up at Remy when the man mentioned he was in a bad spot. He raised a brow, sitting back and putting his food aside for a minute so Remy had his full attention. "What's going on, bud? Anything I can help with?" Cable frowned. He had just met Remy today, and he knew he shouldn't care much, but helping people out of tough situations was kind of his thing. He had a bleeding heart for it.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Remy's words echoed in his mind. I'd let you do all kinds of nasty things to me. Those words also had blood rushing south and made him squirm uncomfortably in his seat as he settled on the couch. "You don't have to apologize for anything, Remy. You're kind enough to get us food. Doesn't matter where it came from, as long as it's not from the buffet on the corner." Cable chuckled as Remy came back in with the bag of Popeyes and started unpacking the food from the bag. He pulled the coffee table closer to them so they didn't have to reach too far, glancing over at the cajun as he rambled on some more. "If you give me a list of things to get at the store, I can pick it up tomorrow. Then, whenever you want to cook up a proper cajun meal for me, the kitchen will be yours, my friend." Cable's lips twisted into a smile as he popped open his beer, taking a sip, only to pause when he heard the other man belch. "Mm...7 out of 10. Could do a better push." Cable joked about Remy's burp. He was trying to lighten the mood. Something had him rattled, but he couldn't put a finger on what. He wasn't going to pry. "Yeah, one moment." Cable reached a hand up, the fridge door flying open with a twist of his wrist, and he opened his hand to catch a can of coke before he flicked his wrist to shut the door. He carefully set the can down in front of Remy before grabbing some chicken and taking a bite.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Cable's breath hitched as Remy's hand wrapped around his hardening cock, his heart racing underneath the metal. He bit back a moan, Remy's sweet voice going straight to his cock. "F-fuck...You really want a round two, don't you?" Cable husked, pulling Remy in for a deep, needy kiss. Their tongues beat together slowly, and Cable groaned softly into his lips, pulling the man close. His mind was reeling from Remy's touch as the cajun broke away from him to get their food. And now the man knew it didn't take much to get him going again. Fuck. Cable ran his fingers through his hair, deciding to grab himself another glass of water to try and break the tension and distract himself, because now all he could think about was the other man wrapped around his cock again. Cable groaned, running his hand over his face as his mind ran over the events of earlier. Remy showing up at his doorstep, their whole discussion about the Thieves guild and why Remy was there...his arm. Getting high, making out...Fuck. He sat back down on the couch, his hips shifting slightly in discomfort. Cable felt some sort of relief when Remy walked back in with a bag of popeyes. He chuckled softly. Of course the man chose that restaurant. He couldn't blame the guy though. It was delicious. He grinned. "It's been a while since I've been to that restaurant, but it is pretty damn good chicken." Cable let Remy pass out the food, his left eye glowing a faint gold as he lifted his arm up, two beers floating into his hand from the fridge. With the flick of a finger, the fridge door closed and he passed a drink to Remy.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Cable wasn't aware of the term until Remy had said it, didn't know what the context was and didn't know there was a certain dress code to being a man hoe. His eyes followed Remy's movements as he felt the man's lean body pressing into his and he inhaled sharply when he felt the man's hand rubbing over his groin, swallowing hard because the stimulation was quickly causing blood to start rushing south.
"Jesus fuck, Remy...gonna wake the demon again if you keep it up." Cable bit his lip as a blush spread across his cheeks. He chuckled, quickly distracting himself as his left eye glowed a bright gold, his entire arm whirring and clanging softly as the metal plating and cables shifted until his entire arm was covered in sharp spikes. He quickly twisted his arm and the spikes went away.
"It's more the virus. My telekinesis controls the virus, but the virus is what can change my arm into whatever I want. If I didn't have my telekinetic powers, the virus would spread, and eventually seek out a new host, or multiple new hosts, and if you don't have telekinesis, you're fucked, and with how idiotic people are with handling viruses, it will end the world. My powers are constantly working to keep the virus held back, but I can use my telekinesis to my advantage, like changing the functionality of my arm. That's what makes my arm powerful. But just the arm on its own? That's what I'm afraid of. Because my arm is the virus. If someone got a hold of it, would the virus take hold of the person that has my arm? I haven't tested that theory. I don't want to find out anytime soon." Cable frowned sadly. It was a catch twenty two, really. The arm and the metal parts made him stronger, more durable, and harder to kill, but at the same time, it was killing him, or, it would kill him eventually, and then spread to everyone else that didn't have his powers.
"Mmm...key, yes. There's a spare key hanging by the door. That can be yours for the time being, my friend." Cable smiled as Remy shot up off of the couch to go answer the phone and get their food.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Cable raised an eyebrow, giving Remy a look of confusion as the man critiqued his outfit. "Man hoe? What do you mean, bud? Do...grey sweats mean something?"
Cable never paid much attention to fashion trends; he liked things that were simple yet practical, and grey sweats fit his style for something he could wear around the apartment. Any deeper meaning to them was well beyond him. "You can have the Guns n' Roses shirt. Never really wore it much anyways." Cable's face softened as he watched Remy get dressed, and sure, the pajama pants didn't match the shirts he had given him, but it was one of the only things he had that looked like it would fit his leaner frame. "Sometimes people need a bit of kindness and understanding, Remy. You've been kind to me, warned me about people wanting my arm when you didn't have to. You barely know me. I mean...I can understand why someone would want it." Cable lifted his left arm, the sound of soft whirring of gears shifting into place filling the room, his eye glowing a bright gold as the metal on one of his fingers shifted, looking like it was melting before turning into a small blade. He quickly changed it back with a sly smile. "But my arm in the wrong hands could end worlds." Cable glanced over at Remy. He could sense some sort of inner turmoil boiling in his mind, some sort of struggle. He wasn't going to pry. It looked like the cajun was trying to wrap his head around why Cable was so kind to him, like he felt he didn't deserve it. He frowned at the thought. "Not everyone gives people like us the time of day, Remy. I'm sure you know that by now," Cable smiled sadly, patting the empty space on the couch next to him, inviting him to sit. "Either our powers are convenient for them, or they see us as a threat. And because of that, we oftentimes find ourselves alone for long periods of time. Maybe I'm just a lonely old man that needed a friend...fuck, I'm rambling. I'm sorry, Remy. I start getting a bit...philosophical the later it gets." Cable chuckled softly, sitting back on the couch.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.

Cable chuckled softly, moving into Remy's touch. He'd never felt this cared for in a long while. "So hard, when I can't read my name out of your mind, doll." Cable was, of course, joking. He leaned over to kiss Remy's cheek with a soft smile as he turned to get dressed and find some clothes for his friend to wear. He did have a few shirts and sweats that were a bit too small for him tucked away somewhere. He could at least wear those around the house. Nathan carefully pulled on a fresh pair of briefs, some grey sweats and a white t-shirt before he dug through the back of his closet for a few things that Remy could slip on. He found some plaid pajama pants his coworker had gifted him for christmas and a few old t-shirts he hadn't worn in months. A Guns N' Roses shirt that had a few holes along the neckline and a NOFX t-shirt he'd worn a few times but decided it wasn't really his style. Cable walked out with the small pile of clothes as Remy had just finished with his phone. He set the clothes on the couch for the other man, carefully picking up the clothes they had discarded earlier. He folded Remy's clothes as carefully as he could as the cajun started their order, and went to toss his in his hamper. He almost wondered if he should do the same for Remy's, as he was planning on doing a load of laundry tomorrow. "Hey, uh...d'you want to put your clothes in the hamper? I'm probably planning on doing a load of laundry tomorrow morning if you'd like." Cable felt awkward for asking, but he wasn't sure how long Remy had been out on his own, needing a warm meal, a comfy bed and some fresh clothes.
Remy grinned from ear to ear. He watched Cable recant his touch so Gambit instead grabbed his human hand and placed it on his hairless chest.
