December 03, 2021
Have you ever felt that horrible pain in your stomach and had difficulty making it go away, even taking pills and medicines in liquid form?
That fear of eating, taking something and making the pain worse or even coming back?
So today I'm going to suggest you some natural remedies, which can help you improve your stomach, and as a bonus, I'll even give you a little food recipe, where in cases of fear of ingesting something, it's a great option!

"Those who don't care about their stomach will hardly care about anything else."
~Samuel L. Jackson
In fact, it is extremely important that we take care of our entire body, and the stomach is no different, as our diet influences our health, and contributes to a healthy life. However, what we eat is not always good for us, and it ends up harming the proper functioning of our digestive system, making us feel unbearable pain.
When I was a child, if I had a bad stomach, my grandmother always sought to take care of me, and natural remedies were the main element of her helping process. My grandmother always said: “- Nothing better than a natural remedy to end our pain!”. So let's go with recipes:
Boldo Tea
Boldo serves to treat bad digestion, combat intestinal colic, detoxify the liver and also combat intestinal gas, providing relief from symptoms in a natural way.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon of dried boldo leaves
150 ml of water
Method of preparation
Place the chopped boldo in a cup of boiling water, let it rest for 10 minutes and drink it warm 2-3 times a day, especially before and after meals.

Garlic tea
Garlic tea helps in the proper functioning of various areas of the body and in the body's balance. In addition to relieving stomach pain, it also helps control blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, helps control cholesterol, prevents premature aging, helps fight infections and helps you lose weight.
Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic 1 cup of water (200ml)
Method of preparation
In a saucepan, place the peeled garlic and skin, add water, and bring to medium heat. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, strain into a cup and it will be ready for consumption.
